paved courtyard. A separate lounge room provides a cozy retreat, while a bathroom with shower and toilet caters to everyday needs. The laundry, equipped with a washing
machine and dryer, leads to an outdoor area with a clothesline for added convenience.

Upstairs, two generously-sized bedrooms await, each equipped with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort during your stay. A small sitting area in each bedroom
offers a peaceful spot to unwind. A large family bathroom with a separate toilet provides additional comfort and convenience for all guests.

PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must
put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
