Features well equipped kitchen facilities with large timber bench for dining. Accommdates family of up to six, with large Master bedroom with ocean views and 2nd TV. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes. There is an additional single bedavailable in the pool room. Ceiling fans throughout.

There are two newly renovated bathrooms - one with bathtub, toilet and vanity, and the second bathroom is has a shower and another toilet with hand basin. Laundry facilities providedwith washer and dryer in separate room next to Kitchen. Guests are permitted to use the clothesline in the rear yard with access through from the side passage.

Parking for 2 cars under Carport in driveway next to garage. Storage space in the foyer in the entrance at the bottom of the stairs.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels) Linen hire is available online at The Laundry Yamba.

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies. NO WIFI.
