The current application fees for Heatherstone at Rookery Pointe are: an application for Master HOA paid online (typically $100 per person) and an additional subdivision application fee of $150.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
