The Kadenwood neighborhood is perched on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside. It is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views.
Kadenwood Gondola
All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola; this will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. A small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola makes transporting people and sports equipment easy and convenient. It takes a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes to drive to reach the gondola from this property. View gondola operating hours here.
Ski Information
Ski-out access is just 200m north of this home. Taking a left from the property and walking 3 minutes uphill will lead you to a bridge with an access trail underneath the 'Lower Peak to Creek' run that ends at the Creekside Gondola. The access trail is narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside.
Ski in by taking the 'Upper Kadenwood', 'Big Timber', or 'Home Run' trails and following the signposts towards 'Heritage Peaks Trail'. You will see the bridge overhead that you ski in from, which is a good landmark to look out for to exit. Coming from the gondola will be a 10-minute walk back to the home.

Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Things to Know
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
