You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the condo's interior, boasting high-quality furnishings, cozy mountain touches, and a beautiful gas fireplace. This condo has absolutely the best location and views available, situated on the highest level of the Zephyr right in the middle of Winter Park Resort's new base village, just a few steps away from all the various activities throughout the year. This includes skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, AND IS ONLY A FEW STEPS OUT THE LOBBY DOOR TO THE NEW ZEPHYR 10 PERSON GONDOLA.

This premium 7th floor unit includes a small, covered deck that frames the amazing ski village of Winter Park. This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, HD TV with basic cable (no cable in bedrooms but there is a DVD player in bunkroom), a large assortment of board games, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, FREE wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Relax after an invigorating day of winter skiing or summer mountain biking and view all the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck throughout the year. This exceptional condo is situated within the wonderful Zephyr Mountain Lodge building, allowing guests to enjoy fabulous amenities, including a heated underground parking garage (the resort charges a separate daily parking fee of $18 per day during the ski season only which is not included) secure bike storage, a FREE private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a stone fireplace fireplace, onsite gym and multiple hot tubs.

The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. There is also a fantastic new rec center just down the road, that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.

The Town of Winter Park is only a 5 minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and activities at the new Hideaway Park amphitheater. Ski trip

Everything was perfect! There was a small issue with the heat and was resolved immediately. Everyone was so responsive! The property was so convenient. We brought groceries had everything we needed to make meals. Everything in the condo was so nice and clean.The parking situation was wonderful. We had a fantastic experience! We highlight recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience

Besides being one of the cleanest condos I've ever stayed in, this penthouse was so comfortable, cozy and right beside the ski lifts. So much room and stocked with essentials which was a pleasant surprise. Can't say enough about our entire experience at Winter Park!

Great Location

Nice studio condo. Ski in/out from end of hall one floor below. Easy storage room right by exit. Short skiing with a little skating down to gondola. Return trip to condo is a little more complicated because you have to come in from the Mary Jane side via the Mary Jane Trail. Any other trails taken from the Mary Jane side require an approx. 30 yard walk up a hill from the Mary Jane base to get on The Corridor trail. Nice pool and hot tubs.

Ski In/Ski Out Condo in Winter Park

We stayed here for a weeklong ski vacation. The location was perfect, especially for a family with young children. The ski in/ski out location allowed for quick access to the mountain via a short ride down to the gondola. Comping home, we would take Mary Jane Trail to the corridor. Inside, we had plenty of space and found the washer and dryer to be very convenient. We also found the kitchen well-stocked and liked having extra blankets and towels. Underground parking was easy and we always found a spot. Our family of four also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and found the ski lockers very helpful to store all our gear. Overall, we had a great time and really liked Winter Park!

The location was prime. There were several nice and utilitarian amenities that were good for an extended stay including the top of the line refrigerator, range and oven, and washer and dryer. I have very little complaints overall. The linens were clean and plentiful. The place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We all enjoyed the soft throw blankets that accompanied each bed. The mattresses; however, could use updating and the pillows were flat and unsupportive. It was a big disappointment after a long day of hard play in the snow to have sleepless nights on lumpy beds.

Great family friendly unit with plenty of spacious bedrooms and living space to relax after a day of skiing! Unit was clean, bright and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Do note you only get 2 keys to the unit, which is a downside.

Will definitely look to stay again

The place was appointed perfectly, and the location and views can't be beat. The Zephyr Lodge itself was incredible, and also this penthouse was the best place to stay for our ski trip. Rooms were large, kitchen had everything we needed. There was one small question we had about the fireplace, but we received an answer and phone call almost immediately. Defintely recommend this place to anyone.

Everything very good. Could use a useable full size toaster. We had two of three shower drains plugged and maintenance arrived 36 hours later and thoroughly fixed both.
