Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Presenting this large and impressive 284sqm home that backs onto a dense forest line which provides privacy, whilst also embracing the stunning lake and mountain views from almost every room.
Extensively refurbished to a high standard, this home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms with two extra toilets and three separate living spaces.

The expansive balcony allows you to take in the fabulous views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, Cecil Peak and more, or you can sit on the deck out-back, surrounding yourself with nature and the forest.
The outside of the home features large areas of Gibbston Valley schist stonework that complement the alpine environment. As soon as you walk into this property, you can feel how much thought has gone into the design. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in robe, as well as a separate built-in robe, offering his and hers option. The adjoining room also has its own ensuite and built-in robe, both with large windows to further capture the surrounding views.
To keep you cosy during the coolers months, the home provides a Woodburner and a Polar Energi Radiator system throughout, plus an additional heat pump along with double-glazed windows.
Beyond the single garage door, there is a huge double garage with a spacious workshop for all your tools.

There is a wonderful local community play ground and BBQ/Pinic area just a few minutes stroll down from the house.
Just a few minutes walk up the road is a local dairy, fish n chips and a pizza resturant. The locals highly recommend both the fish n chip shop and Lokal Pizza Kitchen & Bar, boasting they are the best places in town for takeways!
There is a bus stop just down the road that leaves every 30 minutes going into town.
Town is a 5-minute car ride away.
