Take a leisurely stroll to Terrigal Beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the pristine waters, or explore the famous shopping strip known as "The Esplanade." Here you will find a myriad of shops, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants to discover.
After a day of exploring, rinse off the sand and saltwater using the convenient outdoor shower before settling in for a peaceful evening at home. Relax and take in the stunning views and surroundings as you rejuvenate for the next day's adventures.

Parking
There is parking in the double garage, as well as room for one car on the rather steep driveway which is shared with a neighbour.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Perfect Getaway

The most beautiful house made a perfect getaway for a group. Located in a great town and situated up on a hill where you get breathtaking views. You can stay in and relax or head down the hill for great food and shopping. The house is clean and spacious with so many different areas to relax in and Jess and Jonas are wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. This is our 2nd stay here and will come again. Just beautiful.

Exceptional

Stayed at the property with family for the purpose of attending my youngest son’s wedding. First impression when walking through the front door was simply “Wow”. The design of the home and furnishings are high end but the view from the living room and all bedrooms is exceptional. Pool table was lots of fun for the boys. Short, slightly challenging walk too and from Terrigal Beach, restaurants and shops

Great weekend away in a beautiful house

Great property with amazing views. Awesome layout, comfy beds, good communal areas and well stocked kitchen. 15 mins walk to town, the walk back is pretty steep. Overall amazing stay would love to come back in the future!

Fantastic location and well appointed property. Plenty of space for a large group with indoor and outdoor spaces to socialize. Very steep driveway but the views from the top are gorgeous.
