This 1 bedroom unit was the owners gorgeous little home for some time and has been really well maintained and presented.
The property comprises of a lounge room with Smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a separate modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, complete with a breakfast bar.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and is spacious and bright. The en-suite main bathroom has been tastefully renovated with glass shower and open bowl sink.
It is all on one level and has a rear back garden which is completely private.
There is a dedicated car space, undercover, for 1 car. There is some street parking also but Henley Beach can get busy for parking at peak hours.
You have the whole property to yourself. It is secure and private. There is self check in with a lockbox.
Where the unit is located, it's an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to most things in Henley Beach or Grange.
A beautiful walk that is highly recommended is from Jetty to Jetty, Henley to Grange, and back again. It's just over 4 km walk and takes about an hour or a bit more at a leisurely stroll along the water.
There are plenty of buses that run along Seaview Road, Henley Beach Rd or Grange Road. The 287 Bus from Marlborough St goes straight to the city from Stop 29A around the corner.
You can also walk up to Grange and get a train to the city.
