Skippin' Rocks, a brand new 4-bedroom luxury cabin resting within a lush, wooded forest directly attached to a gorgeous pond, is a slice of paradise packed with amenities, privacy, and pizzazz!  Filled with rustic warmth and character, Skippin' Rocks boasts a coveted Broken Bow location that comes complete with soothing views of nature that promise to bring peace and relaxation to your vacation.  Amidst soaring hardwood and pine trees, this luxury 4-bedroom cabin first welcomes its guests with an expansive covered front porch that immediately sets the tone for a vacation that will never be forgotten.  Two stories of expansive windows capture nature's beauty and flood the open-concept living area with tons of warm, natural light.  There is a half-bath located on the ground level as well.

Once inside Skippin' Rocks, you will be greeted with attractive wood floors, soaring ceilings, and warm, rustic furniture that adds to the home's incredible wow factor.  Commanding due attention, the floor-to-ceiling stonework hearth encapsulating a gas-log fireplace creates a dramatic presence in which to gather, while comfortable seating and a flat screen TV help to place everyone in reset mode. Enjoy the kitchen, complete with beautiful custom cabinetry painted in stunning black, gourmet stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, which together define this impressive space, including an island for spacious meal prep and casual dining. An adjoining dining area makes it easy to serve up elegant meals with flair or to just enjoy a quick cup of coffee with friends. A wet bar, with a beverage refrigerator, sink, and ice maker, is tucked into the base of the staircase, perfect for mixing and pouring your favorite cocktails.

A true open concept with access to the partially covered exterior decks makes the entire indoor/outdoor space comfortable, livable, and functional. Three levels of enormous backyard patios are the perfect extension of the indoor luxe amenities brought outside, with emphasis on the pond views. These expansive alfresco areas are adorned with two soaring stone fireplaces built to enjoy those chilly, beautiful Ouachita Mountain nights.
