Traumhaftes Strandhaus in Greenport - in der Nähe von Weinbergen - Bachelorette Paradise

Dieses wunderschöne, einzigartige Strandhaus befindet sich auf einem 4 Hektar großen Grundstück mit einem Privatstrand, der sich zu beiden Seiten des Greenport Jetty über eine Länge von 300 Metern erstreckt. Fast 270-Grad-Blick auf das Wasser. Das Anwesen bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Shelter Island und die Peconic Bay (im Osten) und den Hafen von Greenport (im Süden).

Das Breakwater Cottage bietet einen schönen Rasen im Freien und einen Panoramablick auf das Wasser von jedem Zimmer im Haus aus, der durch die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge noch verstärkt wird.

Wellenbrecher wurde 2006 komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Kochküche, um dieses Urlaubsparadies zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen.

Truly a Gem surrounded by water!

Hosted a bridal weekend for my daughter with some of her friends and mine ( 9 total) and we were blown away by the beautiful property & cool vibe of the house! Every inch of the house had something to be discovered, and there was plenty of space, towels, and “extra” of everything throughout ! Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, we had a memorable weekend at Mike’s lovely vrbo ;)

The Perfect House!

A group of 11 of us stayed at the house for a bachelorette and it completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice and Mike was an excellent host, he was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, everything was just a short drive away. The weather didn't cooperate with us, so we didn't get to spend much time outside, but we had more than enough space inside and still got to enjoy the beautiful views with a 360 degree view from the living room. Absolutely no complaints and looking forward to booking again!

A great weekend in Greenport!

This house was perfect for our group of 12. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and the property is spectacular. Mike was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again if we come back to the area!

Truly A Paradise!

This house was truly a bachelorette paradise! The location is unparalleled and the views were so beyond stunning we could barely take our eyes off of the breathtaking panorama of the water. There was abundant sleeping space, 3 full bathrooms, and lots of places for us to hang out between the expansive kitchen, totally windowed sitting area, and plenty of outdoor seating. The phenomenal location is just minutes away from any restaurant, bar, or activity in Greenport, and such an easy drive to the North Fork wineries that made the bachelorette component of our stay all too easy. The owner, Mike, was incredibly communicative, laid back, and helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this house for a bachelorette trip or girls' weekend to the wineries, or even a group/family vacation by the water.

The perfect location!

My family stayed at Breakwater Cottage to celebrate my birthday it was such a special weekend! The house was clean, the bedrooms were even more spacious than the photos, and the views were AMAZING from the main living area/open concept kitchen. Without a doubt, location is the best out there! The house has its own private beach and views of both the sunrise and sunset! We enjoyed our days sitting out on the lawn overlooking the water and wildlife. Additionally, Greenport is within walking distance and there are so many vineyards and activities a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

Serenity Now!

The pictures do not do this slice of heaven justice. The home is bright, airy and well stocked with 180+ degree water views. My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend celebrating our 40's. It was perfect. Very convenient to dining and vinyards but absolutely perfect for relaxing on the impecable grounds beside the water. We will be bavk 100%. Thank you!

Amazing property

We loved our time at Mike's house. We got really lucky that the weather happened to be perfect which really brought this place to life. The outdoor space is perfect for spending time with a group of friends and family and the living room is completely filled with natural light and water views in all directions when it's a sunny day. The house was very clean and Mike was really easy to work with. There were also lots of games and activities to do there without having to bring our own, We're looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Came here for a girl's weekend, and couldn't have asked for a better house! The location is stunning, with views of the water in every direction. The pictures don't do this place justice - the scenery is just gorgeous, and the house itself is also much nicer in person. There were 6 of us and the house had everything we needed - lots of common space to hang out, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large, modern, well-stocked kitchen. We had a full weekend planned with winery hopping (the vineyards in Southold are no more than a 15-minute drive from the house), trips to the beach (the nearby 67 Steps Beach was beautiful), and eating/drinking in Greenport (5-min drive to main street), but we could've been totally happy never leaving this house. The only annoying thing, which has nothing to do with the house, is that Uber is pretty sparse out there (there were only Ubers available about 25% of the time), and the two cab companies in town (Hometown and Classy Cab) are a ridiculous rip-off. But aside from that, we had absolutely zero complaints. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, and super friendly and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely charming and beautiful house in the most picturesque location!

We came out for my wife’s thirtieth birthday with our family. This house was incredible. We were able to enjoy our own private beach, a great room for socializing, a chef’s kitchen and great proximity to town and vineyards. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet family vacation!

My wife and I began coming out to the North Fork of Long Island when we were children. Our families lived in Roslyn LI and always looked forward to our annual visits to the beaches of the town of Southold 'way out near Orient Point'.

Over 10 years ago, my wife and I and our sons began renting homes on the North Fork to be close to our extended family that resides in the area (Greenport, East Marion, and Cutchogue). In 2003, after searching for 4 years, we found and bought the most desirable place on earth, Breakwater (OK, I'm biased but you'll see).

Since then, our summers have been filled with immeasurable joys and lifetime memories. But, for us, the fun doesn't end at Labor Day; we continue to travel (from Westchester, NY) throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring for grand getaways at Breakwater.

Breakwater is but 5 houses away from my brother's summer home on Beach Road, 2 miles from my sister's home on the Long Island Sound in Greenport, and a 1-mile swim to my wife's family in East Marion.

Aside from close proximity to family, our property (as you can see from the aerial views) sits on a peninsula with 270 degree views of Gardiner's Bay and Greenport Harbor. The location, the land, and the privates beaches of Breakwater are nothing short of stunning.

Our 4 acres of land and beach afford us the opportunity to enjoy several unique sitting areas, each with a fabulous view of the Bay's never ending eye candy.

Close proximity to the beautiful town of Greenport (and all of its shops and restaurants) is another added benefit. You are able to kayak 10-20 minutes across Greenport Harbor into town or you can walk, jog, bike, or drive 2 miles if that's your preference.
