With views of the mountains, 3 bedrooms, an office, 2 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and tons of light, this is certainly spacious. Located just next to the Skytrain station, steps to Costco, grocery, restaurants and even a movie theater, convenience is top level. You are a 2 minute walk from the water, next to sports stadiums, parks, shopping - everything you could want. The Skytrain takes you to the Convention Center in 5 minutes, and to the airport in 30.

In addition to being steps to the water and local stadiums/shopping, we are very close to both St. Paul's and Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) for those coming to work temporarily.

The Layout:

This 1250 sq ft condo features 3 bedrooms plus an office and balcony. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have brand new queen beds. The master bedroom has ensuite access, and a sitting area with beautiful views of the North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet. Bedroom 3 is a cozy sleeper room with a twin bed.

There is a large office space with desk and chair, fully equipped with office supplies to be productive while enjoying the city view.

You have two full bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in shower.

Your balcony has great views, seating and a barbecue grill set up for your convenience.

Your living room has a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and cable, as well as a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WiFi. A pull-out sofa gives you an additional double bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.

Your kitchen features new stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls - dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry, or chop. Your dining table seats 6. We've added a Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster and more for your convenience.
The Building:

The building itself has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, pool tables, courtyard and library. 24 hour concierge service is available to you.

This is an amazing space in an Airbnb-friendly building located right in the heart of the city. You don't need a car, but if you have one, this apartment has two dedicated parking spaces located in a secure underground garage.

Perfect for couples, small groups, and families, this condo offers you all the space, amenities, and convenient location you need for a short or extended stay.

I live off-site but am close-by and available by phone 7 days a week.

Great stay in central Vancouver

Tidy l, well equipped apartment. There was an issue with the door access system but the host sorted this very quickly with the building manager.

NOT 3 Beds OR 2 Baths - READ B4 BOOKING

READ BEFORE BOOKING… We stayed here over a very high demand weekend and paid over market so I am disappointed in this stay.This condo is NOT 3 bedrooms OR 2 bathrooms. The “3rd bedroom” is a repurposed storage room without ventilation, a closet, or window. The bed inside probably isn't even a twin. The bathroom is one large room with two toilets and a jack and jill shower in the middle - the glass shower walls DO NOT go to the ceiling and so it is IMPOSSIBLE (unless you have zero shame) to use both toilets or even both sides of the bathroom at the same time. We had 3 adults and 2 teens with us - with the one shower and zero privacy. This kitchen is great. Microwave awkward to access though. Living room is bright and airy (blinds are old and don’t function properly), the couch is incredibly uncomfortable and can fit 3 people max.If you do book this place, I would also examine the portable AC unit in the main bedroom before using - it was set up to LOOK like it vented to the outside, but it didn’t and so unit exhaust and heat just filled the room until we figured that out and turned it off.This condo would be perfect for two people, but the bathroom situation makes this incredibly awkward for any more than that.

Fantastic Location

We spent a few wonderful days for a girls weekend in Vancouver. The condo was very cozy and convenient. It was just what we needed. The condo is right in downtown and an easy ride to where we wanted to go. The place was smaller than the pictures but it worked fine for four women looking for a getaway weekend. It had what we needed and close to all the sights Vancouver has to offer. I loved the gym in the building - one of the best I have seen. It was larger than most and located right across the courtyard. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub and we enjoyed going there after a long day of sightseeing. There was also a terrific coffee shop steps from the unit which I loved. The coffee shop also lets you store your luggage for a 10/bag which made check out easier before we headed to the airport. Everything was easy. The host was communicative, easy check in and overall, no issues.The only thing I would point out is that it is close to the train and could get loud till about 11pm. It wasn’t a huge issue for me but the noise did bother one of my friends who was not able to sleep. We did take the train a few times and it was really easy so the pros and cons of the location.

Excellent views

This condo has amazing views of downtown Vancouver. The location couldn't be better. So convenient to get around as it is just steps from the subway line. The place itself was very clean and had all the amenities. The surrounding restaurants are excellent and within walking distance.

Vancouver touring prior to Alaska cruise

5 adults stayed here prior to leaving on a cruise to Alaska. The location was very conveniently located across from Rogers Arena and the Skyline train. Also close to Gastown & Canada Place. Easy & quick cab ride to Granville Island. The amenities were greatly appreciated as it was nice to be able to do laundry before the cruise. Balcony was enjoyable as well for 2 people to sit and enjoy the views.

Very central to things.

This was a great place to stay. Very spacious condo. Well appointed. If you are doing something at the arena or stadium, this place is ideal. There's also a Skytrain station practically at the base of the building, so you can get anywhere that transit goes quickly. The shower controls were a little confusing at first, but if you are smarter than a lemur, you can figure it out. Science world and the lagoon around it are easy walking distance. Parking was easy. Fantastic views. Communication with the host was effortless. On arrival, it works that you get buzzed into the building and you take an elevator up to the floor and the door will be open. But, if the elevator trip is slow, then the door lock will time out and lock again. Just keep your phone handy to use VRBO to tell Steve that the door is locked. You do have to do a bit of a shuffle of parking on the street, going into the building, going up to the condo, getting the Fob/keys, go back down to your car, go around the building to get to the right parking entrance. You have to repeat the process on the way out. You do have to wait at each gate to make sure it closes or face a fine. But no one tells you that the main gate stays open all day to a certain hour, so there was a bit of anxiousness on my part that I was doing something "wrong". If you could get work to pay for it, the place would be an awesome long term place to stay if you're in Vancouver on a project.

Great place for tourist

Spacious, airy, bright apartment that was in a good location for a vacation in Vancouver. Very conveniently located next to grocery and pharmacy to stock up on essentials. No central AC, which seems the norm in Vancouver, but they had a portable unit in the main living area, although we did not need it during our stay. Decent gym and pool available in the neighbouring building.
