Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located corner unit apartment with spectacular city and mountain views. This upper & spacious unit has a den for office, balcony and ensuite laundry. Amenities include: concierge, gym, party room, 2 rooftop gardens, Scotiabank Theatre, Starbucks, Earls. Art Gallery, Pacific Centre, pharmacy, grocery, high end shopping, fine dinning and entertainment options are all just steps away. An unbeatable location, my place has 99-walk score, 100 transit score.
You will first arrive to a beautiful and bright corner unit, modernly decorated condo with floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light, unobstructed and fantastic views of Vancouver and Cypress Mountain. Day or night the views are impressive, so you can enjoy from the 21st floor from each room and private balcony.
You will stay in a 626 sf condo with an efficient layout with open living floor plan including full kitchen, bathtub bathroom, ensuite laundry room, designated dinning area, private den for office, bedroom with a queen size bed, a private balcony with beautiful views of the city.

- Staying in the heart of a vibrant Vancouver you might experience some city noise when windows are open. This is absolutely normal for the central area where the apartment is situated.
** Hydro cap at $50. You control thermostat. Please be diligent by turning off lights while not at home.
*** Parking can be rented upon request for $175/month underground building.
***Please note that I do not add a cleaning fee as my expectation is that guests will keep my place tidy and clean. I expect to find the apartment in the same condition as it was provided (deep clean). Cleaning products will be available in the apartment. However, at the end of your stay, cleaning the towels and bed sheets is not required.
**My accommodation requires minimum 90 days stay as per BC legislation. Upon arrival, I will provide Form K to be signed and submitted to Concierge.

I have lived in European capitals: Bucharest and Rome and as much as I enjoy city life, I love living in a traditional villages which offer an opportunity to enjoy Agritourism especially in Romania.
I confess my love to decorative art. The process of browsing through a lot of options to find something truly special excites me and once I do buy something, I can keep it for years.
I love traveling, music, art, history, fine dinners, holidays and... Apple products. But, my favourite place in the world is home. I have really hard time relaxing, but I’m working on it.
I’m a sun lover at heart. My secret plan is to have a little house with a garden close to the sea. I prefer living in a sunny, bright environment. The rain and grey weather gets me quickly (and yes... I live in Vancouver!).
Cherries are my thing! And... I can only find them for a couple of months each year. Now you know my weakness.
