The Space:
Luxury for large groups, a central location, and minutes away from South Beach—this is Mimosa Manor. The 80-inch LED TV, spacious rooms, and tasteful decor make this home ideal for entertaining.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

OUTDOOR SPACE: This home is on a double lot, and has an expansive outdoor space, which includes a 7-person hot tub, 30'x15' pool (6' deep), BBQ, and an outdoor lounging area. Perfect for a family barbecue or soaking up the sun by the pool with a cocktail in hand.

PARKING: Free parking is available for 2-3 cars, additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 2 queen-sized air mattresses, 20 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Pleasant stay needs a few updates

Property is in a good location. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice outdoor area. Property could use some small updates to make the stay just a bit more comfortable for guests. For example, no mirror in downstairs bathroom (or bedroom). No closets or dresser, clothes racks in front bedroom - No place to put clothes except on floor. No hooks in bathroom. Host responded promptly to any concerns. There is a small leak under the kitchen sink & if possible, I would move the laundry machines indoors.

Our stay in Mami

There were things we loved, old home, lots of rooms and bathrooms. Great location. Floors were not clean and needed more refrigerator room. Shelves missing and with 16 people could use another frig. Needed the 2 air mattresses for our group but had to ask atleast 8 times to get that. Bathroom doorknob was broken and toilet ran continuously but those got fixed . Loved that when coffee pot broke they replaced for us. Overall, super great house, just needs to be cleaned better. Beds could be more comfortable. Would stay here again.

Mildew and moth balls

Do not rent this property! We had 18 people and majority of us ended up sick, one in the hospital due to mold in the home. It reeks of mildew and mothballs and occasionally septic. The house was nowhere near clean. The hot tub was unusable, and after telling them no one still came out to fix it the floodlights outside for their cameras, make it like daylight in the bedrooms to sleep. would not recommend this to even an enemy. all of our clothes and baggage smell like the stench of the house there's warped wood flooring, water damage, and some spots black on the wall, which led me to believe, mold and water damage has not been fixed. Save money and literal headache from the.

Family Holiday

We were a family of 13, grandparents, children, spouses, grandkids from London England and Houston Texas. The house is a great size for this family. BUT..we had to request Towels, broom, vacuum, silverware and coffee cups, which were provided. The furniture in the dinning and family rooms are in very poor condition and not enough chairs to sit. The bedrooms have nice beds, but no dressers and some don't even have closets. The kitchen is bare bones...not enough plates or glasses, no serving type dishes, no baking or roasting type cookware. The pots and pans are very limited and the size needed for a house this size. The laundry is outside in the elements, we requested laundry baskets to carry our clothes..whch they could not provide. We complained that the washer was not working and a week into our stay they did bring a new one. We also complained about the floors were not clean, they did offer to come claen, but went and bought a swifter..which seems to be how they clean the floor. The oven has major burnt on food which does not come off. We asked if the pool was heated and told YES! The pool is NOT HEATED and were told this was a miss understanding! The location is great and the neighbors are very LOUD! With some investments..this could be a great house!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this property again. We highly recommend this property.

The house was very beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately the pool wasn't clean so we couldn't use it the first two days, but once we communicated this to the property management team they scheduled a pool company to take care of it. Most of the rooms had their own private bathrooms so privacy was not an issue. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this property again. We highly recommend this property.

We can't thank Sextant enough for the great accommodations!

We had a group of people there from Thursday, to Monday. The first night, we had a barbecue with everyone relaxing in the Jacuzzi in the pool. The next night we went to Miami Beach, and a couple of cool places around the area as well. The location is amazing, as there's a Publix right down the street along with the CVS. Little Havana was only a 15 minute drive, and downtown Miami was about the same. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the beds were absolutely comfortable. Everyone really enjoyed how big the house was and how close it was to a couple of parks right by the bay. We can't thank Sextant enough for the great accommodations!

Location is occasionally busy with traffic but there is also a lot to do within walking distance in the design district. House was clean and check-in was very easy, customer service was quick and accommodating.

Central Location

The house was great for us as we needed 7 bedrooms and that is hard to find. Very centrally located as we travelled to Miami Beach for a conference everyday. Fairly noisy due to the location, traffic at all hours of the day including air travel.. Having said that, we would book again simply due to the central location.

Bad house condition

We stayed there with friends in the house for 5 nights. They stated that they have 7 bedrooms but one room was built from a patio and has only a big glass door. Everyone sits in the common area can see the inside of the room. Another room doesn’t have a closet or any rack to hang clothes. These two rooms shouldn’t be defined as bedrooms because they don’t have the bedroom essential elements. We hang towels to the class door to get some privacy and I requested for curtains as soon as we checked in. However, even after 5 days when we left, they still had not sent in any curtains to cover for the glass door. We also requested them to send something for hanging clothes for the bedroom that doesn’t have closet, they didn’t do anything. In fact, their final decision was they cannot provide both items for the rooms. If they cannot provide essentials in the bedrooms, don’t call them bedrooms. There are other problems too. There was a missing curtain in the bunk bed room. The toilet in one of the bedrooms doesn’t flush because water couldn’t come up into the tank. Even though they sent someone to work on it, it still stopped working randomly. There is not enough paper towel in the kitchen and we had to buy our own paper. The house is old and very noisy. If you are not very tired, you probably have a problem sleeping well.

Perfect for a large group

Stayed at this property with a group of 16 girls & had the best time. Pictures were accurate-house is adorable. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and pool. Close uber to anywhere we went. Couple issues with water temperature in some of the showers, but with 7 showers we shifted around & it wasn't a big deal. Definitely the perfect house for a group of girls-we loved it!

Nice big place but smelled terrible

Place was nice and big and could accommodate me and my friends. However, there was an unbearable smell of sewer throughout the house. May have been coming from the dumpsters outside (which we were unaware that they were going to be there) The shower in bathroom 5 was steaming hot and was not able to be used. After one use the hot tub water had gotten gross. Not sure if it didn't have enough chemicals.

Vacation stay

My experience was great until I discovered a cat in one of the bedrooms. I’m allergic and terrified of cats therefore it made the remainder of my stay very uncomfortable. I text and called the property representatives at 2am. Around 8am I was asked if the cat was still there. I was informed that someone should be at the property to remove the cat around 10am. When I arrived later that night I Assume the cat was gone.

Amazing House and Perfect Location!

The Mimosa Manor was the PERFECT house for the Bachelorette and in a PRIME location. House was beautiful, well-furnished, and had enough bathrooms to accommodate a party of 16 girls. When checking into the house, we noticed that two of the toilet seats were loose. The property manager was extremely responsive and sent a technician right away to tighten the seats for us. Overall, a really great experience and a house I would stay in again the next time I visit Miami.
