These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Space:
LOCATION: Enjoy unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from your lofty living room. Situated in North Bay Village and centrally located, The Current by Roami is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach. It's the perfect home base to discover, explore, and enjoy Miami!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 10 and the outdoor dining has seating for 8, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, propane BBQ, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset.

FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available. Please park all oversized vehicles on the first floor.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 sleeper sofa (Queen), beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 3,000 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.
