This cool, inner-city apartment is both spacious & comfortable, with its open plan kitchen, lounge, dining + opens to the balcony with inner-city vibes.
The bedrooms are on either side of the lounge + both open to the balcony giving each other complete privacy.
Park your car in the dedicated security carspot, as you’re literally a minute away from a multitude of Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Queen St Mall, Howard Smith Wharves + City centre
The space
The building is Aurora Towers & we manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
Set on the 23rd floor with local city vista, you can relax in comfort in the ducted air-conditioned or chill out on the balcony…
Put your feet up with the Smart TV; set up a home office with the study nook + unlimited super-fast WiFi (100Mbps); or take a break from the others in the main bedroom with it’s own wall mounted Smart TV.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen (or order in :))…with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
The building has resort style facilities including huge Gym, BBQ area + conference facilities (booking required).
Don’t forget your walking shoes, as the nearby Riverwalk takes you through Howard Smith Wharves to New Farm, or along Eagle Street, through the Botanical Gardens and over to South Brisbane…
Bring your heels / polish those boots & dress to impress, as you’re a short walk to Howard Smith Wharves / Eagle Street Pier, Valley nightlife & CBD…
