Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features breakfast bar seating to enjoy your morning coffee and dinette seating for 4. Enjoy the streaming TV in the main living room while sitting back to relax on the reclining sofa. High speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. The formal dining room and sitting rooms give this home extra space for guests to enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Step outside to experience the heart of this home, the outside lanai area which showcases the tranquil solar heated pool, massive dock space and the unbelievable lake views. POOL IS SOLAR HEATED; it is heated by the sun and not by an electric heater. Solar heated pools will only get warm during the day when the sun is out and may not reach high temperatures in the winter months.
*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
