The Space:
Here is a comfortable home away from the hustle bustle of the city. Enjoy the comfort of this modern and very well decorated lovely home - perfect for a short vacation or lengthy holiday or even a business trip!

The warm and bright living room is furnished with modern couch convertible to a sofa bed (Sleeps 1). Enjoy watching your favorite show in the cable TV or surf the internet with hi-speed connection. An elegant white coffee table & modern wall arts makes this space prefect!

Dine in and enjoy the sumptuous meals with your family and friends in the lovely dining area that comes with a round marble dining table and 4 upholstered dining chairs. Prepare and cook your own feast from the open-kitchen using the appliances with cookware and dishes/silverware available for you.

Walk your ways to the bedroom that is tailored to suit your standards. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed fitted with soft - comfy mattress, premium linens and soft pillows for a better sleep. The bedroom comes complete with inbuilt cupboard, bedside table with lamp, a modern wall art & a workspace where you can quickly catch up with your office mails.

Bathroom has Soft towels with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for your comfort.

Step into the balcony & laze around as it comes compete with outdoor furniture. Breathe in the fresh air outside as you sip a drink.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym, playroom and club house. Parking is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
