Summary:
Kundaniwas meaning 'A small house by the lake' is a lovely little stand-alone unit on the side of the owner's main residence. The house is situated to look straight out to Lake Okareka which is directly across the road along with the Okareka Walkway and bird sanctuary. Surrounded by trees and birdlife, this is a fact little hideaway to relax and escape.

The Space:
The kitchen, lounge, bathroom and washing machine is on the ground level with the bedroom upstairs. The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep so you'll want to be fit and mobile to stay here.

Although we are right near the lake, the driveway is quite steep which prevents boats from parking in the driveway. There are however Kayaks that you can use at the house free of charge.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Okareka is a lovely lakeside community just 10-15min drive from the CBD. The lake is fantastic for swimming, boating and fishing.

Other Things to Note:
The driveway is steep and parking is limited to one vehicle in the car port.
