1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN:The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and an island with seating for 4. It is fully stocked with everything you need including a keurig, coffee pot, toaster and a blender. It opens up to the dining room and living room.

DINING ROOM: The dining room has a perfect wooden table complete with 2 benches and 2 chairs.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large flat screen TV with multiple couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie!

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom has a king bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom including a large shower.

LAUNDRY & HALF BATH #6: Located in the hallway just inside the front door you will find a half bath. Also in this space is a laundry closet that has a full washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: This is a tropical oasis that includes a private pool with a kiddy shelf, table with umbrella and bench seats and well as plenty of poolside loungers.


2ND FLOOR:


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2:This bedroom has a king bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom including a large shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: This bedroom has a king bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Also included is a private bathroom including a large shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is up the stairs, off of the main landing. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: The fifth room features two full over full bunks, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom.

BEDROOM #6: The sixth bonus bunk room features a twin over twin bunk bed.

FRONT BALCONY: At the end of the hallway, near bedrooms 2 & 3, there is a door that accesses a small balcony off the front of the home. Includes a few comfy chairs.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

The Neighborhood:
This upscale, modern home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. Bluewater Belle is just a few blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via the complimentary golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.

Other Things to Note:
Private beach access only provides access to the beach. There is no: parking, restrooms, showers, easy access ramps, restaurants, or playgrounds at the private beach access.
There are two large public beach access points with all the amenities you'll need for a day at the beach within one mile of the home, located at Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tale.
