The top floor features a spacious living room with a statement stone fireplace and cozy accents. The executive round dining table seats six and is adjacent to the elegant kitchen, which contains light, airy finishes and gourmet appliances - including a large Wolf range.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy views of the San Sophia Mountain Range. Downstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, three of which have ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. The main bedroom includes a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, and ensuite with dual vanity and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds and ensuites, while the final bedroom offers a twin bed with a trundle.

The hallway conveniently doubles as a mudroom with ski storage and boot dryers, leading directly to the ski-in/ski-out access on the Lower Sundance green run.

The Cortina building features a game room with a ping pong table, games, and a big screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the year-round pool, hot tub, and full fitness room. The Market Gondola, just a short distance away, provides access to Mountain Village and the Historic Town of Telluride, where you can access a variety of Telluride hiking and biking trails, shops and restaurants. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 1.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
