Fifty Gulfside, Unit #313 allows you to enjoy stunning 180-degree unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Inside, you'll be treated to island comfort in a tastefully decorated and fully remodeled one bedroom with two full-sized beds. The living room includes sofa and love seat, and a large flat screen TV with DVD and the full range of cable selections. The kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is modern, clean and well equipped. In-suite private internet provides awesome signal strength in the unit or on the balcony. Our bedroom also features a flat screen TV with built-in DVD. The floors are fully tiled. The bathroom, also remodeled, features a granite vanity counter and floor to ceiling walk-in shower.

Important Notice: Fifty Gulfside is currently undergoing reconstruction due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The ground floor and beachside patio/deck remain active construction zones, and the pool and deck have not yet reopened. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. Elevator service may be intermittent, and beach access from the property is currently unavailable, however, public access is available next door. Additionally, there may be occasional power or water outages with little notice. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to restore Fifty Gulfside.

Unfriendly to families with children

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Gulf Side. It seems as though IRB is more of a retirement community than some of the other beaches. Our condo seemed to be owned or rented by older couples. These couples were very unfriendly. There were 3 incidents involving my children and these unfriendly owners. One man told my son and nephew ( as they first stepped foot on the beach to throw a football), "If you hit me with that, I'm going to be pissed at you." Another older gentleman came up to our condo ( while I had run to Target) and told my son and nephew ( because they ran through the condo 3/4 times at 6:30 at night....NOT MIDNIGHT.) " Where are your parents? We can hear you. We have to live here, too." Ridiculous. It was literally 5-10 minutes of slightly louder noise at 6:30 at night. Ridiculous. Another incident on the elevator. The elevator is located on the first floor, right by the luggage carts and in a narrower hallway. One couple walked off the elevator and told my son ( who was tried to side as close to the wall as he could because the space was tight and the lady was heavier) "He needed to let her walk off first." And also, "Don't you know to let women walk off first?" Lastly ( and extremely creepy)...the man staying in the room beside us was recording a younger couple in the pool from the balcony of his condo. I observed this from the pool and immediately let the kids know. They stated they did not know him. Will not stay again.
