Der spektakuläre Meerblick von jedem Schlafzimmer sowie der Whirlpool im Freien und der private Pool sind nur der Anfang der scheinbar endlosen Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Haus am Meer am besten Strand auf Sullivans Insel bietet.

Das geräumige Deck, das sich um drei Seiten des Hauses wickelt, schafft Veranden von jedem Schlafzimmer. Wenn Sie nicht am Strand oder am Pool entspannen, können Sie den großen Billardtisch genießen oder auf dem Deluxe-Gasgrill kochen.

Erster Stock: Der erste Stock verfügt über eine große offene Küche, ein Arbeitszimmer und ein Esszimmer mit einer ganzen Wand aus Fenstern mit Blick auf den Ozean. In der großen Küche, die an den Arbeits- und Essbereich angeschlossen ist, können die Gäste kochen, essen oder Billard spielen und dabei den beruhigenden Klängen des Ozeans lauschen.

Unten im Flur befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer - ein Kingsize-Bett (K), ein Queensize-Bett (Q) und zwei Doppelstockbetten (TT) - die sich zweieinhalb Badezimmer teilen. Alle diese geräumigen Schlafzimmer haben Glasschiebetüren zum Deck oder zur Veranda mit Blick auf den Strand.

Zweiter Stock: Der zweite Stock bietet ein Kingsize- (K) und ein gleichgroßes (Q) Schlafzimmer, ein komplettes Badezimmer und einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa. Beide Schlafzimmer öffnen sich auf eine zweite Etage mit einer großen Hängematte mit Blick auf den Ozean.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Flachbildfernseher mit zwei DVD-Playern und digitalem Kabel. Dieses perfekt gelegene Haus am Meer wird Ihren Strandurlaub auf ein neues Niveau heben!

This is a prefect house for families. Plenty of seating inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Ability to shut off beach access and pool. Great position and views. We loved it!

This is a perfect location and layout for a beach vacation. Right on the beach, well stocked with all the basic needs, wonderful great room for all to gather, plenty of porches and screened in porches (2 levels) yet plenty o rooms for needed privacy.

Terrific Location on the BEACH

This house is located on a gorgeous stretch of beach. If you want waves and views, you can not do better. Many bedrooms, lovely linens, well stocked kitchen. Great for a group!

We had an amazing time at the Ick! The house has tons of deck and interior space to accommodate any wish or need. The location is perfect to take advantage of the gorgeous beach and downtown while still a quick hop into Charleston. Would definitely come back again!

We’ve stayed at this house twice and think the layout and location can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions. While the house is a bit older, it’s well maintained.

Great beach stay

House was big, clean, and just as pictured. Well stocked and had everything you would need for a great beach vacation. Location is perfect for spending time at the beach, you can just wake up and walk right out to the beach, and don’t have to worry about dragging anything with you. Also close to all the restaurants of Sullivan’s Island, IOP and not far from Mt Pleasant either. Mgmt and checkin process was super easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spacious beach front home is sitting on one of the most beautiful lots we have seen. Beautiful ocean views from many rooms. Our family of ten had plenty of room. The decks, gas grill and ice machine were great amenities.

Great Vacation

Location and beach view was magnificent. The property accommodated our large family including our dogs. Couldn’t ask for a better beach access! Although the house could use some serious love, it is a beach house and we appreciate its age. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff. Everyone who stays there should have that pleasure. Sullivan's Island beach vacation

Excellent location, right on the beach. It's nice to have the backyard pool and hot tub on windy afternoons. The house was comfortable, clean and full of light. The full-sized pool table provided evening entertainment. The kitchen is in need of a remodel - broken cabinet hinges, cracked countertop, etc.

Hard to beat.

We REALLY enjoyed our time at “The Ick”. It’s location is literally so perfect. Both the location and access to the beach and just how “beach front” it is. It’s almost like beach front corner! Also the location to the great restaurants and bars on Sully’s and easy access to IOP for grocery’s and golf (in our case). The main living space worked great for a big group and the pool and pool table were put to use each day. It would be really hard to be the value and vibes this wonderful beach house produced for us. We loved our stay!

Couldn't ask for a better view!

This is a great house. Prefect location wth easy access to everything we wanted to see. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes utensils and cookware. The only negative we came up with is that the house is in need of some maintenance like paint but that did not affect our vacation in any meaningful way. We would definitely stay at this house again! You won't find a better place to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Vaca

This home is your classic old school beach cottage with a picture-perfect oceanfront location on Sullivans Island. The home has absolutely everything you need for a great beach vacation. The beach and ocean are the main attraction, but having a pool and hot tub to come back to in the afternoon/evening is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The home is very well stocked in the kitchen, laundry room, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. And the beds/linens were super comfortable. Puzzles, games, poker, books, and beach toys are plentiful should you need something more than the beach and sun to pass the time. The property manager (Sara) is super responsive and helpful should you need any questions answered. Definitely 5-stars for this property!

Needs some TLC

We couldn't have asked for a better location, but the house itself needs some care and updates. Among the positives for this rental were the number of guests it sleeps, the pool and the location. The negatives include the doorwall that didn't lock and the one that we had to struggle to open. The kitchen area overall gave an appearance of being dirty, with some cupboard doors hanging off of their frames. The windows could use replacements, too. The decks are old and my daughter fell through one of the boards on the way to the pool. We did use the pool a lot, but that too is tearing away from it's foundation. Overall, my family had a great week on Sullivan's Island, but I left feeling like I didn't get what I had paid for.

Best spot on Sullivan's

We have rented this house for the past 4 summers with a group of 11 adults and kids. We return every year because you cannot find a better location on Sullivan's island. The beach is literally steps out of the front door and the added pool and hot tub in the back yard make it perfect for kids and families of all ages. The house has a large living area with fabulous views of the water and beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has 2 refrigerators. Most of the houses on Sullivan's island are older houses and will have issues from time to time. In the few times that we have had issues with the house, Sarah has responded immediately to fix the problem. She has always been easy to deal with when renting the house as well. Overall, a fantastic rental!
