Bear Hollow is on the Free Bus Route and only approximately 5 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 8-10 minutes to downtown Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort and 12 minutes to the Deer Valley Resort. Want to ski Cottonwood Canyon? Bear Hollow is just a few minutes from access to highway 80 and approximately 50-60 minutes to Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and less than 30 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport.
This well-appointed condo is perfect for your vacation! Walking in, you'll be greeted with a perfectly sized, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has everything you'll need for an at-home meal.
There is a dining area table and bar seating. There is plenty of Space for everyone to enjoy eating or games as a group. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and there is room to set out the queen air bed in front of the fireplace for warm and cozy TV watching and additional sleeping.
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding and a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest rooms have a Queen bed and two Twins and there is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo-not en suite).
A full-sized Washer and Dryer are inside the condo for your convenience. Easily keep your snow clothes dry in the winter and wash your swimming suits in the summer. There's also an iron and ironing board.
This home also has Central Air-Conditioning for the warm summer nights and full heating for the colder winter. There's also a Gas Fireplace located and a walk-out patio with seating.
There's one assigned parking spot in the heated garage and street parking in bump-out areas.

This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $50.
