Welcome to our newly renovated Airbnb! Conveniently located off Interstate 20, our property provides access to all that Birmingham has to offer. Just 1 mile away, you'll find Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are also within a 5-mile radius. Our cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom place comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Rest assured, we have taken care of all the essentials to ensure you have a fantastic stay during your trip to Birmingham!

The Space:
**Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs. **

Welcome to our inviting 1 bedroom home, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably! Step inside and immediately feel at home in the cozy living room, complete with a charming dining nook. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Down the hallway, discover a full bathroom and a bedroom adorned with a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed.

While we truly believe our neighborhood is wonderful, we understand that individual preferences may vary. If you anticipate any discomfort related to the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you consider alternative accommodations. In the event of a cancellation after arrival, our moderate cancellation policy will be in effect.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
We appreciate the valuable feedback we have received from previous guests regarding our neighborhood. While we personally find it to be a great area with no security issues, we understand that individual experiences and preferences can differ. Your comfort and peace of mind are paramount to us, and we want to ensure that you feel completely at ease during your stay in our home.

If you have any concerns or questions about the neighborhood, we are more than happy to engage in a conversation with you to address any inquiries or provide additional information. We also offer a refund option if you decide to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking or prior to check-in (for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance). However, please note that refunds due to neighborhood concerns will not be issued if you arrive and subsequently decide to cancel.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
