The Space:
**Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs. **

Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom home, perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests! Step inside to find a welcoming living room with a dining nook. Adjacent to the living space is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for all your culinary adventures. Down the hallway, you'll discover a full bathroom and a bedroom featuring a luxuriously comfortable king size bed.

While we personally love our neighborhood, we understand that it may not suit everyone's preferences. We kindly ask you not to book this house if you anticipate any discomfort regarding the neighborhood. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, our moderate cancellation policy will apply.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
We want to address the feedback we've received from some previous guests regarding our neighborhood. While we personally find it great and have never encountered any security issues, we understand that each guest has unique experiences and comfort levels. We prioritize your comfort and want to ensure you feel at ease during your stay in our home.

If you have any concerns about the neighborhood, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are more than happy to have a conversation and address any questions or hesitations you may have. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of booking or prior to check-in (for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance), we will provide a refund. Please note that refunds due to neighborhood concerns will not be issued if you arrive and then decide to cancel.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
