Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes:
4 bedrooms (the first two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a connected ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk). A forth bedroom with queen bed is located in the lower level adjacent to the entertainment area. A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces.
Occupancy is based on 4 guestrooms (bedrooms) with a maximum of 2 persons per guestroom (bedroom).
NOTE: exception from the maximum occupancy of 2 persons per guestroom
(bedroom) will be granted for children of the renter, under the age of 12, where the
Town will permit no more than three (3) persons per guestroom (bedroom).

New in 2022, the Town of South Bruce Peninsula has introduced a mandatory short-term rental licensing program. The license obtained from the Town permits this cottage to have up to 6 adults (2 per bedroom) or up to 9 people with 2 adults per bedroom and the rest of the guests under the age of 12. The Town will permit no more than 3 persons per bedroom. Also new from the Town of South Bruce Peninsula in 2022 is a mandatory municipal accommodation (MAT) tax of 4% for short-term rentals under 30 days.
