When not relaxing inside, sunbath by the heated saltwater pool or down by the canal and enjoy soaking up some Florida sunshine. When you're done, cool off by jumping into your own private pool. With a canal located right in your backyard you will be able to spot some incredible Florida wildlife, cast a fishing line, or wander the canals with the kayaks provided and take in some beautiful sunsets. This villa is located close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks making it the perfect place to stay for your dream vacation.
You will feel the luxury of this home as soon you step in. You and your guests will enjoy the open concept of the home. You are greeted immediately by the beautiful décor throughout the home. There is a large couch and two chairs to offer plenty of seating for the home. There is a large mounted flat screen TV. You can stream movies on the TV or any devices with the complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has all of the kitchen essentials you need to make a delicious meal. There are 4 counter stools at the kitchen island but there is also a separate dining area that seats 8 guests.

This home has 3 bedrooms plus a den! This home features a beautiful master bedroom with gorgeous ensuite bathroom and this bedroom also has direct access to the lanai and pool area. There is a large mounted TV to provide entertainment! The master bathroom features a separate tub and walk in shower as well as dual sink areas - plenty of space to get ready for your day on vacation! The queen guest bedroom is very stylish and will have your guests feeling extra comfortable. The last guest is a bunk bed room with twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle and a large mounted TV. There is also a den with a queen sleeper sofa to provide even more sleeping space in the house.

A key feature of the home is the outside lanai area with features a table with seating for 8 guests. There are several loungers outside to soak up the Florida sun. Next to the outside table is a grill so that you can serve up meals outside directly to your guests. You will also enjoy views of the canal!

Location is great - you are only minutes to Palmetto Pines Golf Course designed by the renowned architect - Arthur Hills. You can enjoy a fair yet challenging test of your golf skills from one of the eight sets of tees, then afterwards, visit Mulligan's Bar & Grill for a refreshing beverage and a meal!
