This gorgeous and luxurious beach house in Ocean Grove offers an array of features to create the ultimate holiday experience. The ground floor comprises of three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the other with a king size bed (however, we will happily set it up as two king single beds on request). You will also find the laundry, the main bathroom, plus an extra powder room. A gorgeous living room with a smart TV leads out to a fabulous outdoor area, with comfy cushioned outdoor furniture, BBQ, bar fridge and sink, this is a fabulous space for a BBQ lunch or dinner.
Heading up the staircase which surrounds the feature glass elevator (elevator must be requested, it is only available to guests who are unable to use the stairs) , you are welcomed by the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, you will be drawn to the stunning angled window to take in the vast view of Ocean Grove Beach and the Barwon River.
The large kitchen is quite simply a dream to cook in! There is a Nespresso coffee machine, Phillips air-fryer, rice cooker, nutri-bullet, omelet maker, induction cooktop, two Smeg ovens, walk in pantry and an abundance of draws filled with everything you can think of! There is a sweet balcony off the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee whilst taking in the view.
The master suite is just down the passage, with a king size bed, ensuite, large walk in robe and a Smart TV this is a beautiful space to wake up in.
Also on this level is a powder room, lounge with a smart TV and a fabulous custom designed angled dining table to compliment the front window!
There is a second outdoor area on this level, this is a larger space with a fabulous dining setting which is nicely protected from the ocean breeze. Take the spiral staircase up to the roof top deck, a perfect place for early morning yoga, afternoon drinks or star gazing at night!
Elevator - the elevator remains turned off. However, it is available on request for guests who are unable to use the stairs.
Guests will have access to the entire property, however the garage is locked. There is space for two cars to park in the driveway and plenty of free on street parking too.

If you enjoy the freedom of walking then you will love walking to the main shopping strip of Ocean Grove called 'The Terrace' just 300 meters away.
Our guests will have access to a Private 'Guest Portal' on the Prestige Hideaways (.com.au) web page. You will be issued with the password when your booking is confirmed. This contains many local recommendations for the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. We recommend you plan ahead and make your reservations to avoid missing out.
Prestige Hideaways Terms and Conditions for Guests staying in this property.
• All guest must respect this property and understand this is someone else’s home who is allowing you to enjoy it. Please treat it with utmost care.
• Please report any damage, or breakages immediately to Prestige Hideaways, this way we can arrange a replacement or repair as soon as possible. On some occasions a repair person may need to enter the property, but this will always be communicated to the guest prior.
• Any damage, breakages or theft will be paid for by the guest
• Prestige Hideaways expects the guest who is booking to be present and available during their entire stay.
• There is to be no excessive noise, no loud music and we ask you to respect the neighbors.
• Guests may be outside no later than 10pm, this is to limit the disturbance to the neighbors. Loud talking and laughing travels far late at night and is very annoying for neighbors.
• Guests who book through Prestige Hideaways must be over the age of 30.
• Parties, Bucks, Hens and Schoolies groups are not able to book any property managed by Prestige Hideaways. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the booking being cancelled and guests evicted immediately without any refund. Airbnb will also be notified. Any damage, breakages, excess rubbish or missing items will be charged to the guest for compensation.
• There is to be no smoking, illegal drugs or drunken disorderly behavior. If it is found there has been smoking inside there will be a $500 fine.
• All furniture, cushions and throws are to be placed back where they were found
• Check in time is strictly from 3pm unless arranged prior with Prestige Management
• Check out time is strictly from 10am unless arranged prior with Prestige Management, keys are to be placed back in the lockbox and the code scrambled.
• Guests are to ensure they have checked the Departure Checklist before leaving, failure to follow the Departure Checklist will result in further charges.
• Our Cleaners will assess if the property requires ‘over and above’ the ‘Standard clean’ after your stay, please leave the property in a respectable neat and tidy manner to avoid any further cleaning charges.
• Guests are responsible for the keys to the property; any loss of keys will incur a $50 charge; any loss of a garage or gate remote will incur an additional $150.
• Any guest who requires ‘out of hours’ (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) access to the property due to lost keys etc. will be charged a $200 call out fee.
• All linen and towels are provided for your stay (excluding beach towels), any damage caused to the linen or towels will be charged to the guest for compensation.
• When making a booking with Prestige Hideaways we will ask you to provide us with a run down of who will be staying at the property, this is for safety reasons. There is to be no extra guests sleep at the property unless communicated with Prestige Hideaways.
• If the property has been damaged by issues out of our control (e.g.- house fire or a flood) and we are unable to allow guests to stay in the property, then Prestige Hideaways will offer a full refund to the guest.
• In the event of a COVID Government Lockdown, Prestige Hideaways will offer the guest to reschedule the booking at no cost to the guest.
• In the event of the guest contracting COVID whilst staying in a property managed by Prestige Hideaways, the guest will be charged for a deep clean of the property.
• Prestige Hideaways takes no responsibility for any of the guest’s personal property, this includes breakages, theft or damage.
• If the property you are staying features (but not limited to) a trampoline, pool, spa, playground, indoor fire, outdoor fire, bath or jacuzzi, it is the adults full responsibility to ensure the safety of children at all times.
