The Space:

Welcome to Miami! This home offers three bedrooms, each designed to be spacious, comfortable, and homey.

The first bedroom has darker wood flooring which beautifully complements the olive green accent wall and rattan decor. This bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, a T.V, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and the perfect place to unwind. It features a shower/tub combination and storage space underneath the sink. There are also two closets in this bathroom, so make yourself at home!

The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed in a wooden bed frame, a T.V, and a closet. Enjoy the natural light from the two large windows and the beautiful wood flooring. The third bedroom offers the same amenities, but has a soft yellow accent wall that lightens the space.

The second bathroom has a standing shower and a vanity with storage space. It is a clean, functional, and well-designed bathroom that also features tiny succulents lining the shelf!

The kitchen is practical and upgraded, ideal for making dinner at home. Equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern white cabinets, you'll have everything you need to make yourself at home in this kitchen.

Serve your meal at the dining room table! This gorgeous wood table is sleek yet filled with character. Enjoy the company of your family and friends over a meal in the dining room, which offers seating for 4.

The living room is a warm, cozy, and mid-century modern decorated space. The comfortable sectional sofa makes for a great daytime nap spot, and the midcentury accent chair coupled with the reading lamp makes for a wonderful reading location. Kick your feet up on the coffee table or rattan ottoman and relax in your home-away-from-home!

The private patio space is a beautiful and tranquil outdoor oasis. The wood-paved deck makes it easy to walk around, but there are still grassy areas perfect for pets. Enjoy the shade and take a seat in one of the several outdoor seats, or each lunch al fresco at the outdoor table for four. You can even make drinks in the spacious tiki hut!

Neighborhood Overview:

Nestled just across the street, Bryan Park's vibrant energy beckons with its array of recreational delights, from lively games of pickleball and tennis to leisurely picnics and family fun at the playground.

This home is located in between Coral Gables and Downtown Miami, which means its only a short drive away from all of Miami's top attractions! Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. Right across the street, you'll find a well-kept and recently renovated park that has tennis courts, a kids playground, an outdoor gym, and a large grassy area. This home is also only 15 minutes away from the airport!

Head to Coral Gables (only a 5-minute drive!) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos, or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping.

Only 5 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries.

This home is also only 20 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Snap a few pictures of the gorgeous panoramic views and take in all the sights: the shoreline, the palm trees, and PortMiami's cruise ships. You'll also be less than half an hour away from South Beach, one of the top Miami attractions. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun, then spend the night on Lincoln Road!

As for other Miami destinations, this home is only 10 minute drive to Brickell and Coconut Grove. Stop by Brickell, Miami's financial district, for new and trendy restaurants and bars. Coconut Grove is a very different feel: eclectic, historical, "fun and funky". If you're in the area, Vizcaya Gardens is a beautiful and memorable spot to check out.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Maison agreable
La maison est agréable et bien situé. Entre l’aéroport et downtown nous avons pu faire nos activités aisément. Le quartier est calme et il y’a un parc quasiment en face. L’agence Newman hospitality a une excellente communication et le suivi est parfait.

Poor fit and finish
The yard is cute but not tended and there is rough plumbing and slapped on construction not seen in the photos. Not kid safe. The barn door to the primary BR doesn’t close. Trim pieces are falling off the door to the attached BA. The kitchen has only one outlet with a plug in attachment for the appliances. (Not up to code). Overall it’s like it was quickly renovated by an unlicensed amateur. That said there is a delightful park nearby, the neighborhood is safe and we had no issue finding the place or getting in after midnight on our arrival. We enjoyed our trip, but the high price paid led me to expect more.

Nice house, great host
Nice property, nice neighborhood too. Clean easy in and out, close to what we needed. some boards on the deck need attention. Some good features, bbq and fences in yard. The host left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, nice touch.
