**Home Features**

This cozy getaway is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living

space includes **three TVs, basic cable, WiFi, a DVD player, a VCR, and a CD

player**. Stay comfortable year-round with **central heating and air** , plus

a **wood-burning fireplace** for added warmth.



The **fully equipped kitchen** includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal,

blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. A washer and dryer, along with

an iron and ironing board, are also provided for guest convenience.



For added fun, the **garage has been converted into a game room** featuring a

**foosball and ping pong table**. (Please note: The pinball machines and

jukebox are decorative only.)
