located just one mile from Marina Beach in the private, gated community of

Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Surrounded by trees, this well-

equipped home offers peaceful comfort, scenic surroundings, and convenient

access to Yosemite—just 25 miles away.

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Driveway parking for 2–3 vehicles

Driveway is sloped, but there is a level parking area at the top

Interior and exterior stairways throughout the property
