PLEASE NOTE
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating.
A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.

If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. There is a cost of $75 for taking down the pool fence, and an additional $75 if it is not properly reinstalled.

For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest.

We are child friendly! There is a safety fence around the pool. We also have a highchair, toddler stools, spill-proof cups, a changing pad, Graco travel crib, puzzles, books, and safety rubber edges around glass tables.

We are dog friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!

Nice property, lackluster problem solving
We enjoyed our stay at this place overall and really only had one issue to speak of, but for the amount charged, it should have been addressed better in my opinion. One of the en-suite showers was completely backed up. I notified the management company as soon as I found the problem and they asked me to send photos and physically check the drain. I took photos but refused to “play plumber” during my vacation at a rental property. I followed up via text and never heard anything further from the company about it getting fixed during our stay. That did not meet my expectations for a home rental that is supposedly luxury.

Would definitely stay here again. Close to freeways, shops, restaurants, airport. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Easy keyless entry. Very spacious home, lots of bathrooms for everyone. Beds & pillows very comfortable, had great sleep! Pool is heated upon request. (Takes a couple days to get to heated temperature so request early) Fun putting green our kids played on in backyard. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking pans, utensils. We cooked one meal a day most of the days & had all the cookware & dishes needed. Would definitely return. Loved this house to even buy for our family if it was ever available!
