Fabulous open plan living, featuring cathedral ceilings, wide window frames, an abundance of natural light, and beautiful views in every direction. The stylish central kitchen with electric cooking and bench seating, adjoins the dining area, accompanied by a welcoming lounge with split system heating and cooling, and a cosy wood fire. The living space extends beyond to the outdoor deck and fire pit, offering elevated views of the valley and local wildlife.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, together with 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite &WIR to the master bedroom, plus BIR to the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, and separate toilet.

Outside.
Surrounded by natural bushland, native gardens, and an occasional kangaroo, echidna or wombat passing by. There is loads of parking for cars or boat trailers, and 5 acres of private land to explore. The Eildon township is approximately 2km away, close enough to walk to!
