'Casa Tranquila' is a tastefully furnished, contemporary yet cozy, light-filled corner unit with an open floor plan, 2-level townhouse -- it’s one of just 10 units of the gated Santa Barbara Estates -- a Mediterranean style complex on a quiet street about half a mile away from Atlantic Ave and 1 mile from the gorgeous Pompano beach -- just 3 min driving, 5 min biking, 8 min strolling, 15 min walking to.
Our villa is over 1,500s.f. and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, oversized backyard and side yard patios with private outdoor dining and lounge areas, parking for 2 cars, spectacular resort-style heated community pool, hot tub and cabana, free hi-speed unlimited WIFI, free TV box, four smart TVs and more!
The beach in Pompano Beach town is simply gorgeous, large and sandy. It offers great swimming and sunbathing, surfing and some snorkeling, free-entrance fishing pier and boardwalk, free washrooms and outdoor showers, kid’s playgrounds and public BBQs, restaurants and shops, plenty of parking. It was named One Of Top Ten Up & Coming Destinations in Florida! The villa is close to it all – just 3 min driving, 5 min biking, 8 min strolling, 15 min walking.
The Town of Pompano Beach is nice, safe and quiet; and 'Casa Tranquila' is perfectly located within lush green and established neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining (within walking distance), an endless stretch of amazing beaches, 10 golf courses within 10 min drive, nightlife entertainment, gambling, racetrack, and only 25 min from Fort Lauderdale airport and 50 min from Miami airport.
As a luxury vacation rental, we provide all necessary supplies: toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, clothes detergent, first aid kit and beach towels.
MASTER BEDROOM:
King bed, new memory foam mattress, private walk-in closet, Juliette balcony, new fan with remote, new Samsung 55” Smart UHD TV, private ensuite with window, new shower, new faucet, new toilet, all new lights. Balcony faces West and oversees a quiet backyard.
2nd BEDROOM:
Queen bed, new memory foam mattress, private walk-in closet, new fan with remote, new Samsung 55” Smart UHD TV, semi-private ensuite with window, new shower, new faucet, new toilet, all new lights. Window faces East and oversees a pool.
3rd BEDROOM: Queen bed, new memory foam mattress, private walk-in closet, new fan with remote, new Samsung 42” Smart UHD TV, semi-private ensuite with window, new shower, new faucet, new toilet, all new lights. Window faces North.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST:
Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new kettle, coffee maker, toaster, new s/s silverware, new cookware, all new lighting. Supply of oil, spices and other essentials. Large granite raised breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.
DINING ROOM:
Open concept, near Kitchen. It has a large sliding door which oversees the side yard garden, so the room is light-filled. New large 6 person dining table with genuine leather chairs. New lighting.
LIVING ROOM:
Open concept, near Dining. Huge, cozy and comfortable genuine leather sofa with a low table, new Samsung 65” Smart UHD TV, all new lighting. One large sliding door oversees the side yard garden, and the second large sliding door leads to the backyard, so the room feels very open and light-filled.
PARKING:
Up to 2 cars. Garage can accommodate 1 medium size vehicle, plus the Driveway can handle 1 any size vehicle.
GARAGE:
Garage has a laundry pair (Washer and Dryer) inside, new storage rack, new beach chairs, new beach cooler, many sand toys, kids’ surfboards, some fishing gear, some household items. And after all that, it can still easily accommodate 1 car.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
As it’s a corner unit, our outdoor space is triple the size of the standard unit and is very private! Backyard has a double size Patio, which was just re-laid and extended. There is an outdoor table and seating for 6 in the backyard. Also, there are 2 new lounge chairs for those who like private sunbathing – not a single neighboring window or balcony has a view! All this is surrounded by the privacy hedge and landscaping. The side yard is landscaped with flowering bushes and has a cozy bistro set. Also, there is a cloth line here for those who prefer sun-dried clothing and swimwear.
POOL and SPA:
The Community Pool is a generous size of about 20’x40’ and is 3’-6’ deep. It is heated, nice and clean. There are 12 lounge chairs, umbrellas and low tables beside it. Hot tub is about 5’x5’, sized for 4-6 people. Outdoor shower is also here. Cabana is about 15’x15’ and has several dining sets in and around it.
Facility is never overcrowded because it serves ONLY this gated community of 10 units.
GOLF:
There are over 100 golf courses located near Pompano Beach, including 10 of them within 10 min drive.

Guest access:
Access into/from the complex is via the front gate; keypad codes will be provided after the booking.
Access into 'Casa Tranquila' is via a digital keypad, with a back-up lockbox.
Self check-in is after 4pm, and self check-out is before 11am. Keypad codes and instructions will be provided after the booking.
Guests are able to access the entire 'Casa Tranquila' property, with the exception of a small closet used for the linens and a small storage used for storing the supplies.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
'Casa Tranquila' is intended for a quiet vacationing of mature, careful, and responsible people, therefore a number of rules apply. While we strive to let our Guests enjoy the best experience possible by providing all we promise, it’s a two-way street – the Guests must also adhere to the rental rules:
- The minimum stay is 3 nights. For guests staying a month or more, a cleaning service every two weeks is required at a charge of $200 per cleaning. Your account will be additionally charged for each service. Should you desire a more frequent cleaning service – we will gladly arrange it.
- The primary Guest must be 25+ years old to reserve, and must be staying at the property during the entire stay.
- The primary Guest assumes responsibility for and will be charged the cost of any damaged or missing item and/or associated repair.
- The maximum number of Guests at any time is 6 people.
- No wild parties or events allowed.
- No pets allowed. If it still occurs – a 'deep cleaning' fee will apply.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping or calianing of any substance is allowed inside the unit, inside the garage, on the balcony, or on the front porch. If it still occurs – a 'deep cleaning' fee will apply.
The rules are in place to protect the property against the abuse and to ensure that the next Guest will find 'Casa Tranquila' in the same great condition, so please enjoy your stay responsibly.
