The Space:
This 1-bedroom condo complex is directly beachfront on the north end of South
Padre Island and features 2 heated pools. Heated pools from October to April
are a rare find on the Island!
Much remodeling was done last year, including a new kitchen, paint, and most
new furniture. It has high ceilings and fans, giving it a spacious feel. The
common area grounds have a cool retro vibe guests have enjoyed in the past.
The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Your children are
welcome of course.
Please note that while this 1-bedroom condo was remodeled, it is not a luxury
unit. It is a basic condo within walking distance of the beach. Simply exit
the unit and walk by the two pools and the grounds to access the beach. While
the complex is beachfront, this unit does not have a view.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor so a flight of stairs is required
There is free off-street parking with one dedicated space & parking permit
provided.
One of the great features of this 1-bedroom condo is the ample sleeping space.
The bedroom has a full-sized bed and a bunk bed with a twin over full. In the
living room, there is a pull-out couch and a full-sized airbed. Please bring
extra bedding if you plan on using this additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. The eat-in
breakfast bar is great for quick meals and saves you money & time.
Don't hesitate to message us for advice on the Island or local attractions. We
offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec
20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach
specials. Please message us for details
The condo is perfect for families with young children or grandparents wanting
to bring their grandchildren down.
Towels and linens are provided, along with basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags
though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. There are
coin-operated laundry facilities on site so you would need quarters to use,
with washers and dryers available.
The condo is very family-friendly and it is not a party complex, and therefore
the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. There are other house
rules that apply to booking this property; please review those prior to
booking. While we provide a door code to enter the unit, upon arrival you must
still go to the proeprty front desk for a permit for parking & simple
registration. If you arrive after hours, you contact security at the number
provided.
Message us with any questions before booking, as this property has a strict
no-cancel, no-refund policy once you have booked.
This condo is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd,
open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance.

ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to

An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to
the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide
door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing
down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in,
contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you.
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon
request.
