Great apartment close to everything

Clean, comfortable, small but functional kitchen (we did only light cooking). As other reviews have mentioned, the windows don’t open, but the kitchen door opens and it was comfortable with the cooling system. Close to everything! Perfect spot to explore a great city. Ideal for 2-3 people or two couples.

Fantastic Location.

My sister, myself and our spouses stayed for a long weekend. You simply couldn't find a better location. Walking distance to everything and convenient parking right there. My only complaint and it is minor was the kitchen could use a few more pans and oven pans. Besides that-c'est fantastique. Nice simple decor, comfortable and much more quiet than our usual accommodations in Old Town. We travel to Quebec several times a year and if this flat is available when we go it will be our headquarters for the weekend, le meilleur.

Parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le logement est très propre, et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une rue tranquille, à deux pas du magnifique jardin de Jeanne-d’Arc sur les plaines, et en face d’un de nos restaurants favoris. À 5 minutes à pied des fortifications, à proximité des petits cafés… la localisation parfaite pour nous! Les échanges avec David étaient fluides, réponses rapides, un très bon hôte. On recommande!

Great location

We loved the location of the property. It is steps away from the Plains of Abraham and a short walk to Old Quebec. The apartment was clean and the kitchen came with all the tools we needed to prepare a meal. Bring your own coffee and tea.

Everything you need, close to attractions

We enjoyed the apartment which was conveniently located beside a park and steps to restaurants and bars. Don’t miss the view from the revolving restaurant on the top floor across the street.

Great location, extremely clean

Very comfortable beds, nicely out fitted kitchen, and many nearby restaurants and bars. We were very happy with everything. New dishes, thick towels. David replied quickly to questions, and parking is right there. A beautiful park and the river at the end of the street. Easy walk to the old city and parliament in one direction and the art museum and Av Cartier in the other. The Halles du petit quartier on Cartier has a nice grocery, pastry shop and food vendors. We had a wonderful time and we’re happy we chose this rental.

Fantastic stay!

Sisters trip. This apartment was clean, close to the Old Town and had everything we needed for 3 nights. Comfortable and just quiet enough. Easy to get to and we walked to so many great restaurants.

Comfortable apartment in great location

My friend and I spent 11 nights here in this convenient apartment. It is on a very quiet street, just off the main road to old Quebec. The apartment is as pictured, except a television is now hanging over the fireplace. The beds are comfortable, and I am tough to please with my back issues. There are six outlets on each of the four bedstands, so we could charge all of our devices overnight. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unlike most rentals, we found plenty of dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and TP supplied. There were also tea, coffee K-cups, and oil available. The host was easy to work with, our WIFI consistently worked well, and the place was spotless. We will rent this apartment for our next visit.

Top notch location at Plains of Abraham

This was an ideal stay for 4 adults, so easy to walk to all the tourist spots in old Quebec. Check in was very easy, and the free parking was very much appreciated. It would have been nice for the host to leave an info packet including nearby places to pick up some groceries, cafes to get breakfast, etc.
