With two master suites available to choose from, the first Master bedroom with a King bed is on the main floor and features a sliding glass door access to the wrap around deck. The second King suite, complete with a private bath, buffers from all the other activities in the house. It is on the lower level and set up perfectly for guests, giving them their own private area and entrance through sliding glass doors accessible directly from the driveway steps away.
There are two more bedrooms on the upper level that share a full hall bath. One has a Queen bed, the other a Queen and a Twin. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The downstairs family game room has a luxurious theater-style sofa, HUGE 65 inch TV, a dartboard, and a full array of board games for all ages. There is high-speed internet for you to stream your favorite movies should the weather force you inside for a bit.

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
