Welcome to Baby Bear Splash! This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath cabin is conveniently located just minutes from action-packed Pigeon Forge in picturesque Wears Valley. Baby Bear Splash has parking for 2 vehicles, easy access into the cabin, a game room, hot tub, Wifi throughout the cabin, an outdoor fireplace and a private indoor pool!

Main Level:
Entry-level of the cabin offers a kitchen, living, and dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and catch up on your favorite television show in front of the HDTV! Step into the kitchen and whip up a culinary masterpiece that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy! Then gather the family for meal time in the dining area offering seating for 4. The bedroom on this level will offer a King size bed, HDTV, and a jack-n-jill (tub/shower) bathroom that conveniently connects to the hallway. Head out onto the deck and enjoy the Smoky Mountain air as you cozy up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace or bring out your inner iron chef on the gas grill!

Upper Level:
Take the stairs to the upper level where you will find 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. The bedroom on this level has a King size bed, HDTV, private attached (shower) bathroom and private deck access.

Lower Level:
Proceed to the lower level to find a game room and your very own private pool! Bring on the nostalgia on the multicade arcades! Then grab a float and relax in the pool or let the young and young at heart make memories splashing in the comfort of their very own cabin in the Smokies!

Baby Bear Splash

It was a very quiet area. A large gravel hill to get to cabin but we were able to do it in a charger. We saw lots of turkeysby our cabin. The pool was a little chilly but our 8 year old didn't mind.

Beautiful cabin - poor property mgmt

Our first call to the property mgmt company was for check-in. Check-in "begins" at 4pm but they "can't guarantee check-in time"...however they want you out by 10am on the dot which I feel is a little hypocritical. 2nd call was due to no Wi-Fi on the property. This was not a service provider issue, the rep said "they were waiting on the owner to replace the Wi-Fi router". Ok but you advertise that it was Wi-Fi. She said she would "follow up and call back" but still waiting on a call back. Overall the cabin is nice, pool is nice, arcade machines were fun, hot tube was good. You're not on top of other cabins which is nice. I think under a different property mgmt company this would have been a better experience.

Unhappy with my stay

We planned to spend the entire weekend inside the cabin, letting the kids swim, watch movies, etc. but when we arrived the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and were given no eta or a fix. we were unable to use tvs or anything requiring Wi-Fi. The Heat went out on us, and spent half of the day cold so the kids were unable to swim. Very disappointed and unhappy with the stay.
