Located just off the 51 makes it an easy drive only 7 minutes from the airport.

Phoenix supports numerous highly rated museums. Activities and events happening all year round in this area. Gorgeous weather and beautiful desert scenery for hiking and other outdoor activities in the city's extensive parks and trails system. Scottsdale is also home to some of the best golf in the country, with dozens of public and private championship courses throughout the city.

Phoenix enjoys an average of 330 days of sun per year and the median temperature is about 72.6 degrees year-round. Amazing stay
I don’t usually leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this condo. It was absolutely perfect. Check in directions were very detailed which I greatly appreciated. It made for a very easy and smooth check in. Upon arriving I was immediately impressed with how clean the condo was. It was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. There was extra sheets for the sofa bed (as well as sheets for a playpen although I didn’t need it) and plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk safely and comfortably to restaurants and grocery stores. All of the amenities were just as pictured . I will definitely book again when I am in the area. Any issue was quickly addressed. I greatly appreciated easy communication with the owner. I can not say enough positive things about this condo!

Jackson Spring Break 2024
My son and I stayed from Tuesday to Saturday. It was a perfect size for the two of us. It’s close to many good restaurants and the area seems nice. I wasn’t worried about going out after dark to eat dinner or if we got in late. Spent one afternoon at the pool. It was nice and warm, clean, and peaceful. A good place to relax. I felt safe here because of the code process at gate, elevator, and again at the condo entrance. Overall a good quiet relaxing place to stay.

Good location
The messages leading up to our stay were a bit much. A LOT of information in multiple messages was overkill. If you don't allow for 1 night stays - change your filter so it doesn't pop up for people to book. The garage parking space is way too tight for anything more than a sedan. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to complexity of codes and fobs and rules.

Beautiful & Relaxing rental!
Visually beautiful & clean property. Close to Phoenix Sky Airport. Property has a checking & check out digital board on the wall which is very convenient. Recommend staying. I will book this property again when doing business in Phoenix from Florida!

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
