Included in the building is a 24/7 attended lobby, a covered parking space, a fitness center, a community pool, direct beach access and more! This condo contains about 1600 square feet under air with oak flooring throughout and multiple terraces to enjoy the outdoors!

The Space:
The Horizon House is a high rise condo building with 12 stories and 73 units located directly on the beach side of Gulf Shore Blvd N with direct beach access from the lower lobby. The on site amenities include a free-form heated pool with an outdoor shower, multiple seating areas and a large gas grill. There is a large social area with TV's and a electric fireplace as well as a bar and places to sit. The lobby has a 24/7 on site guard and there is a large fitness room as well as a game room with pool, ping pong and air hockey. The horizon House has a very unique facade which is planted with subtropical plants and stories high palms that create a very "Island" feel and there is a gorgeous ground floor club room to complete the atmosphere.

This unit is located on the 8th floor which is access from an elevator and there is a emergency set of stairs on each floor. There is a beautiful arching open air lanai that has views along Park Shore and Venetian Village from this 8th floor condo. This lanai is accessed from the main bedroom as well as the family room and it has the laundry room located on it.

The kitchen has a modern European style with sleek white cabinetry, a mirrored wall, glass cooktop and a pot filler. There is also a oven, microwave and refrigerator that are all a highly polished white. This room connects to both the dining space as well as the family room. There is all brand new furniture as of 2022 in the family room. Additionally there is a small sitting room with a retro wet bar located inside of bi fold doors.

The main bedroom suite is located on the south side of the unit and it features spectacular beach and Gulf of Mexico views. There is outdoor access to the open air lanai and this bedroom has a King bed, a TV and a very large en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower, a soaking tub and a double vanity.

On the opposite side of the condo is the second bedroom which features two twin beds as well as a day bed. This is a great bedroom for your overnight guests including kids and grand kids. This bedroom also has access to the lanai and you can wake up to views of Park Shore.

The Venetian Village with its many shops and restaurants is about a 5 minute walk north of the condo and there are miles of beautiful walking paths both on the Gulf of Mexico and the Venetian bay side of Gulf Shore Blvd and along the beach as well. You have everything you would ever need within 5 minutes of the Horizon House!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions.

There is a $1000 refundable security deposit (subject to change) due to the Horizon House Association NOT included in the fees for this reservation that must be submitted as part of the leasing application. Additionally there is a application fee NOT included in this booking and paid separately and Horizon House requires 2 personal references along with a interview as part of their lease approval process.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This community has a 90 day minimum per lease, no exceptions!
