Really easy to stay here

Very easy to stay at this suburban location. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice little family-oriented neighborhood. House was clean and safe and quiet, couldn't ask for more.

Awesome family friendly house

Don’t hesitate to pick this place for your stay in STL area. House is equipped with everything you need and it is close to many things. Joel is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again on future trips.

A wonderful stay

The property is just as it’s listed. This was the perfect place for two small families to stay together. The basement allowed extra room for the kids/teens to hang out and relax. The property owner was very kind and great with communication. This is a suburb and a quaint place with active days and quiet nights. We will definitely stay here again!

Four senior adult enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the open floor plan, laminate /tile flooring, primary bathroom walk-in shower, convenient location in nice, quiet neighborhood, driveway parking. . Nathan offered prompt and helpful responses to our inquiries.

Just Right!

Four senior family members enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated open floor plan, laminate/ tiled floors, walk-in shower in primary bathroom, convenient location, nice neighborhood. The property was very clean and bright. Nathan offered prompt and helpful communication.

I had to come to St. Louis for a foot surgery not offered in my state, but also tried to make the best of things during my kids’ spring break. This property checked all the boxes, & it’s even nicer than the pictures. The location was quiet & felt safe, had a great park within walking distance, a huge backyard, & a roomy basement with games & toys for the whole family. The host was friendly & communicated quickly. The complimentary coffee was greatly appreciated! My only suggestion would be to have a few extra blankets on hand, as my family has varying preferences for where they like the thermostat lol, & a small footstool in the main bathroom would also be a great addition. The property was a short drive to downtown STL (the City Museum is a must), but also had multiple options close by for family entertainment. Amp Up & Sky Zone were two places my kids enjoyed with my parents while I was at my appointments. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to St. Louis

We enjoyed our stay in St. Louis. The house was exactly as pictured. We found it to be very comfortable and in a great location. It was late when we arrived, and had to contact the owner about a small problem, he was contacted us right away and was very helpful.

Everything We Needed

We spent two weeks babysitting our 2 year granddaughter during the day and the house was located close to our daughter. The park nearby was a big plus and we went for walks each day. We had no issues and were very happy with our stay there.
