If you love inner city living, being close to everything including outdoor activities, cafes, restaurants etc our beautiful modern home is the perfect pad to help you enjoy a holiday in Melbourne, just for fun or to attend one of the city's amazing events such as the Australian F1 Grand Prix or Australian Tennis Open, World Cup Sporting Events, Melbourne Cup and Racing Carnival, Melbourne Comedy and Art Festivals. Ideally, would suit a family, couple or singles and business visitors.

Situated in the heart of St Kilda, about 900m from St Kilda beach and about 5km from the CBD (9 min train ride), our family home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open living areas, and an outdoor courtyard with BBQ.

LOCAL AMENITIES
St Kilda is well known for its stylish cafes, restaurants, boutiques and bars. Relax and enjoy St Kilda Beach, Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, Chapel Street, Carlisle Street, and Albert Park lake & Golf Course and The Australian F1 Grand Prix. There is a bicycle track a few blocks away which goes all the way to the beach and along the beach to Port Melbourne, and in the other direction to the CBD along St Kilda Road. Stop by one of the local fish and chip shops and walk along the beach for a sunset picnic. We are really close to Albert Park Lake where you can walk/run/sail and is the location of the Australian F1 Grand Prix.

If you would like to visit Melbourne but don't want to waste money on expensive hotels, but would prefer to have an authentic experience in a family home then this is the place for you.

A calm escape close to the vibrant city
The house is a delightful, quiet, and secluded place to escape in the heart of St Kilda. While we were a short walk to all of the attractions of the area, once the doors were closed we could have been miles away. The hosts were extremely welcoming and everything about the house was charming. We will be back the next time we visit St Kilda.
