New for 2023 - 6 person jacuzzi hot tub added in the screened in gazebo!

Cozy 3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Island Beach, just 45 minutes from Winnipeg. Our place is fully equipped and boasts a large treed in yard, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, screened in hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining, Netflix, board games and more!

We are a 2 minute walk down to the beach with easy access for snowmobiles in the winter. Public park just steps away with a playground, volleyball net, basketball net and horse shoes!

5 minutes to the Balsam Bay boat lauch! Lots of room for parking with trailers. Great area for ice fishing in the winter, as we are between 2 ice fishing access points, Balsam Bay and Beaconia beach. 10 minute drive to Grand Marais/Beach, very close Beaconia beach and Patricia beach is a short drive as well. 15 minutes to Grand Pines golf course, 13 minutes to South Beach Casino! Plenty of hiking and quading trails near the area.

Cozy winter getaway

Really enjoyed this cute cabin, hot tub was nice. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Quiet and private in the winter, fun to explore out to the frozen lake. One thing I didn't like was the plug-in scent device, it was quite strong.

Lovely area, wonderful cabin.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the cottage for a week while visiting my father in Winnipeg. It was conveniently close to grand beach and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

A perfect stay

We had an amazing stay in the house. Kaleb is an excellent host, who was always available in case we needed anything. The property is amazing, has a lot of DVD movies and games to enjoy. We highly recommend this place.

Charming little cottage

Definitely a cottage and not a luxury house, but is a short walk to the water, has a huge grassy yard, and is in a lovely little neighbourhood. We really enjoyed the stay, and everything we needed was there for us. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying at this home in Beaconia. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We had never been to the Winnipeg area before and had a great time exploring the area. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

Fun Friends Getaway

Cozy cabin near the Lake

I booked this cabin retreat for a much-needed getaway and it did not disappoint! Kaleb was a great host, check-in was super easy, and the cottage had everything I needed for the 10 days I was there. Close to the beaches, Harbour and nearby Brokenhead grocery, this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again and recommend for those who want a quiet, clean vacation spot!

Great Place, Great Host

The cottage is modern, well stocked and well kept. The host was very friendly and communicative. He answered my questions quickly and with courtesy. The hot tub was great on cooler nights after BBQ. Definitely recommended.

Nice clean cozy place

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. Hot tub Jacuzzi is very clean and the gazebo like structure where it is housed, keeps out the insects. The communication with the host was prompt. Wifi signal a tad slow but we were still able to stream movies. The cabin is very clean with comfortable beds, fire pit was excellent. This cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay and we plan on staying again soon.

Great Lake Winnipeg Location

Cabin worked out great for us. Had 4 guys ice fishing and was easy access to the lake with side by sides. Plenty of room for parking and cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Kaleb was easy to deal with and prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had.

Beatonia Beach Cottage, Manitoba

Cottage was all it was advertised as and more. I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen and aromatherapy products for our use were everywhere. The gazebo, which I called "The Taj" was a lovely spot and the fire pit wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the surrounding area very, very quiet. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Came out for a short weekend ish stay. Rooms were clean when we arrived and lots of thought out into the place, some things were broken/ under repair upon arrival but the host let us know in advance and was very transparent. He was easy to get a hold of. We are definitely coming back!

Nice remote stay

Cabin was nice and clean. Bathroom and shower very tiny. Would love to see a full length mirror. No written instruction at cabin. Wi-Fi login did not work, we had no service to contact host. Not a huge problem we just remained off the grid for our stay. Just didn’t have closing instructions. We did leave the cabin as we found it.

Relaxing Summer Getaway

This cottage had everything we needed in a vacation spot. We enjoyed its proximity to Grand, Patricia and Victoria Beaches but also appreciated it being in a quieter community. We were able to decide if we wanted lots of people around us (at the beach) or if we just wanted family time (at the cottage property). We enjoyed the hot tub (a surprise addition) and a spell by the fire pit. Property is beautifully kept and, all in all, we only have great things to say. Would definitely go back.

Cozy getaway near fabulous beaches

The cabin is clean with all the amenities you need for your stay. There are three bedrooms with tons of storage at every turn, and a small but cute bathroom (if you’re even a bit on the larger side, you may want to note that the shower stall is very small). The property has a large yard with hot tub in a screened-in gazebo as well as a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, and there’s still plenty of space left for outdoor games. There’s a lovely deck with gorgeous lilac bushes providing extra privacy and a lovely scent as you BBQ your dinner and eat al fresco at the patio set. Inside, there are lots of games and a good selection of kids movies but bring your own favorite rom-coms, comedies for the adults. The air conditioned cabin is located a short drive from (in order of distance) Patricia Beach, Grand Beach and Victoria Beach, and we visited all three - plus Beaconia Beach, of course - during our stay. It was awesome capping off each evening with a soak in the hot tub, unbothered by mosquitos and rain. The Host was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We look forward to booking again next year!

Beautiful cabin and best host ever!

I am very grateful for the time I spent in this cabin with my family. The cabin was well stocked with all the amenities. The backyard was huge with a beautiful fire place and trees (some of which had fruits). The hot tub was a bonus. The inside of the cabin was very clean and cozy. The cabin had everything you’d need like plenty of towels, clean linens, plates, cutlery, cups, all kinds of pots and pans, coffee, coffee whitener, sugar, salt, spices, paper towel, toilet paper, etc etc.. there were lots of DVDs, books, board games, and toys for the kids. Not to forget, we could watch Netflix and YouTube on the smart TV. And there was internet as well. Plenty of parking space. The cabin had cameras all around and security lock system. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. The bay was only couple minutes walk from the cabin so we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. There was a playground nearby for the kids to play. I can go on and on about how beautiful my experience was at this cabin. Kaleb is an amazing host because he organized everything so perfectly for us. I will definitely be returning to the cabin again with my family.
