Clean, peaceful and convenient

The property was very clean and included very comfortable accommodations. The property was peaceful and quiet with the view from the front being a view of the golf course/park. The location was convenient to drive to the mountains for snow activities and for Golden and Denver. The host was knowledgeable and respectful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay

The property was very nice, however the view out the kitchen window was interesting. The view of the moutains was great out the front windows.

Perfect place in Golden

The place had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked & plenty of linens. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and the house was clean. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay while attending concerts at Red Rocks. Great location for both downtown Golden and Red Rocks. Comfortable living space with lots of natural light and views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower and great deck seating (also with view). Also appreciated Dean's hospitality.

Great little place close to CSM

We were in town for parents weekend at CSM and enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. The location was perfect for us and accommodated our family beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Great location, great experience

We had an excellent experience at this vacation rental! The property was spotless and very well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Love this place!

The owner has built a beautiful little apartment above his garage with big windows looking out at the mountains. We have stayed there twice. It’s very clean and the kitchen is so conveniently usable.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing home base in Golden

We had a great time at the cottage. It was perfect for my wife and I and our son. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked with extra towels, bedding and kitchen basics. It’s in a safe location and allows easy access to downtown Golden or many nearby trails for hiking and biking. We’ll be back!

Stunning views

We had a lovely time in Golden, especially having morning coffee on the patio looking at the foothills. The house was clean and well appointed, easy to find and access. Great location, Golden was so cute and fun and 15 minutes from Red Rocks. We highly recommend going tubing!

Peaceful stay

Beautiful views, cozy, and very clean! The deck was lovely to enjoy the mountain views anytime of the day, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning! Very quiet area, easy 15 minute walk to downtown, and the host Dean was super helpful with local tips and amenities! We saw two shows at Res Rocks and location was perfect for getting there. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to CSM

We stayed here for several nights to help move our son into Colorado School of Mines. Very close walk to school and easy walk to downtown Golden. Our loaded car was safe and secure. Loved the deck with cooler summer temps.

Great Weekend!

Spent the weekend in Golden while hitting concerts at Red Rocks. This is a perfect spot, in a quiet area of Golden. Four of us stayed comfortably and had plenty of room. Dean and his wife are good people and exceptional hosts, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Coffee on the deck every morning was perfect. Inside is super clean, appears recently upgraded in all areas. 10 minute walk to downtown Golden, and 15 minutes to Red Rocks. Zero issues or complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent rental

We truly enjoyed staying at the little house. The place was immaculate and the beds were quite comfortable. The host was in touch several times to check if we needed anything during our visit. It was quite close to downtown Golden and just 15 minutes to RedRocks where we attended a concert. We loved it!

Ideal getaway

I loved everything about this apartment. The view is spectacular, the location is convenient to the main stretch of restaurants and shops plus practically on the MINES campus. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable. We watched a movie on the big tv every night. Great spot to hang out!

Perfect stay!

We enjoyed this condo very much! Our son was visiting the Colorado school of mines. The location is perfect! There were two bedrooms and a fold out couch bed so we had our choice of where to sleep. It was two adults and one teenager. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable! The furniture is very nice! And everything is super super clean. It’s an excellent VRBO!! I will stay there again if we have to go back to the college! Oh yes, in the patio is very cute as well. You are up on a second story and you can have a nice view.

Had a massive 30" snowstorm in the middle of our stay. The host was fantastic. Home was clean and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. Would stay here again!
