Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer verfügen über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, USB-Stecker sowie kostenfreies WLAN und Kabel. Bücher, Spiele und Filme laden zu einem entspannten Abend mit der Familie und Freunden ein.
Nachdem wir viele Jahre auf Geschäftsreise waren und gesegnet waren, in vielen tollen Hotels und Urlaubsorten zu übernachten, wurde diese Wohnung mit dem Gedanken an diesen Komfort geschaffen. Perfect Vacation

The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!

Boca Grande stay

We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.

Family Vacation

Definitely recommended for a perfect family getaway. This rental is at the entrance of the beautiful Gasparilla Island. Every visit is certainly a treasure with it’s authentic island feel and peaceful environment. Anything you could possibly need for a great beach experience is nearby and the owner took care of all the little details.

This condominium is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Florida! It was very clean and full of amenities . It’s a short walk across the street from a private beach with chaises and an umbrella.

Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with the condo. The communication with the owner was great and the check-in/out process was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the things you need while traveling. Very nice to have condiments and spices for use in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and the adults loved having beach chairs. Great views off the screened porch. Boca Grande North complex is so well maintained and the pool was perfect for the post beach afternoon swim.

My husband and I and 2 other adults (family) all stayed at Property ID 969979, a Waterfront Condo on Boca Grande.. Boca Grande is beautiful and the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo was lovely.. It had everything we could have needed, wanted & more. Our 2 week stay was perfect. We will definitely return. Maria, the owner was very easy to reach and always willing to accomodate our needs.

We’re Back!

We came back! We loved our first trip to the Boca Beauty so much, that we re-booked—four years later and this time with our nine-month-old daughter. Maria went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. Her condo is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed for a family beach vacation. We had big smiles throughout our stay at Boca Beauty. The views were spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfect for a quiet few days on the island. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. Our daily walks gave us ample opportunity to see dolphins, manatees and plenty of sea birds. We are already talking about going back.

The property is on the Boca Grande causeway. Views are amazing and travel around the island is super easy. Property owner, Maria, is amazing! She keeps in touch with you; makes sure everything is going well; answers questions, allows for early arrival, etc. Property itself is on the 2nd floor, so there are steps involved. Not a problem except for maybe getting the luggage up and down. The condo is very well-appointed. You hardly need to buy anything except for food. Beds are beyond comfortable and there is lots of space for 2-4 people. Overall, a wonderful option for those visiting Boca Grande.

Wonderful accommodations and host

The condo was easy to access, beautiful, and just perfect for us. The most wonderful thing was that Maria was available for any concerns or problems and was super helpful - a really fantastic host! The book inside also had a lot of great information and directions. The check out requirements were not difficult at all. There were plenty of beach toys (we all loved the boogie boards), towels, chairs, beach bags and, and an umbrella - super important! There was also some aloe, very thoughtful. Really, really great vacation!

Wonderfully relaxing vacation

We caught 5 Tarpon!!!

Great property for a weekend plus fishing trip. Condo had everything we needed plus. Thankful for the beach towels so that we didn’t have to pack extra. Great location. Fishing guide picked us up from the North dock on property. We put hands on five tarpon so it was a great day. We used the pool which helped cool us off. We had a great time at the beach and on the island! Very thankful for the last minute availability and Maria for helping us with our travel plans. My husband had a great birthday!

What I like about property is big for 6 people. There's a fishing/beach in the small path way near the bushes. (check Google maps). It's a beautiful property. The only thing is lady from D37 gets mad if you park in her "parking spot"

I traveled for 12 years for work and have lived in several states. When I spent so much time away from home it was always frustrating to try to feel comfortable and have the amenities I enjoyed and missed at home. I worked to make this condo comfortable and inviting for a relaxing and peaceful getaway with family and friends. It was always important to me to have great service and amenities and as I continue to make updates to the property I always welcome your feedback and return visits.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I chose this location because it was such a beautiful and unknown island and was very much a gem of untouched gulf with quiet beautiful beaches and amazingly restaurants, history and the famous banyan street. I used to come here as a teenager and actually attended my high school prom on the island so it made sense to hold a piece of that history and have a place closer to my elderly parents.

When I was working on this property I would awake in the morning to the most beautiful sunrises, dolphins and birds in the afternoon and even working on the patio watching the boats go by was the most calming feeling. I hope you enjoy the same experience during your stay, minus the work part:)! Sitting on the patio in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee or spending the evening with a glass of wine and great conversation watching the sunset after a day of exploring downtown shops and restaurants and calm beach waves makes for an extraordinary time.
