Come home to "Cote de Kure Cottage", a charming cottage just across the street from the Atlantic nestled in on H Avenue. This pet-friendly single-family home has everything you need to make you feel comfortable on the island. While the cottage is a Kure Beach classic, "Cote de Kure Cottage" features updates and a very convenient location mixed in with antique charms and a cozy feel that will make you want to come back and stay here often.

Relax on the south facing front porch and wave at the folks strolling by, or take in some sun and a little more privacy in the fenced in back yard. Of course your furry family members are also invited. Inside the home, you'll find an open living, dining and kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed as well as an adjacent single room with a Twin. Three more bedrooms with Full beds are downstairs each with its own beachy feel. This is a clean, classic, and comfy little cottage that will soon become your family's favorite place to vacation.

You'll be just steps away from the beach using the H Avenue access, where a lifeguard stand in located to keep everyone safe and having fun. While in the area, be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Don't forget your rods and reels, as the world famous Kure Beach pier is also just a short walk away. Great beach getaway!

Great location, easy to get to shops, restaurants, beach is a 1 minute walk away and the fishing pier is a couple blocks back towards carolina beach. Plenty of room and the fenced in backyard was right on point with our pet needs. Highly recommend and very affordable.

Kure Beach Stay

Unfortunately, before our stay a storm hit the area and caused flooding damage to this location. However, Bryant Real Estate who manages the property was able to get us into another rental before our trip. The new rental was perfect for my family and was even closer to the beach than our original location. So I'd say we upgraded. We arrived 30 minutes early for check in and the rental company was able to accommodate us quickly. The communication with the company was fantastic from the beginning and I loved working with them. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Very nice for large family. A lot was unclear about check out as far as linen, dishes,ac temp preference so we did like we have in so many other places. The coffe pot was broken not by us but we replaced it.

We stayed here in July for our family vacation and had the best time ! We had 9 adult-teens and our fur baby , there was plenty of space . The house was wonderful and so clean . We loved sitting out on the front porch upstairs . The walk to the beach is right across the street . Location is great ! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place ♥️

Family vacation

The house was in a great location, plenty of room for my family and fur babies, they enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Beach area wasn’t crowded. Check in and out was super easy and management company very accessible.

Great little house in a convenient location!

Booked this house for a family Mother's Day weekend getaway and it was perfect. The property was exactly as described and extremely convenient to the beach, as well as restaurants and shops in Kure Beach. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard (we had to work overtime to keep our pug from eating all of the unripe blueberries), and all the extra little things at the house (like dog bowls, beds, bags) made it feel like pets are truly welcome! One minor thing for the awareness of future renters: The fenced-in yard is not directly accessible from within the house. This makes sense being the beach and wanting to avoid getting sand everywhere in the house, but I wanted to mention it since I do not recall it being mentioned in the listing itself (it could have been and I either missed it or forgot). Regardless, there is a gate right beside the door so we did not find this to be an issue beyond initial confusion as to access and a couple of really early bathroom requests. Overall we would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking and will keep it saved for future weekend getaways to the area!

Perfect stay close to the beach and pet-friendly

This place was perfect for my family and pets. It truly is a one-minute walk to the beach, just across the street and only a couple miles from Fort Fisher and the Aquarium. Nice fenced-in yard your fur-babies. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was the best! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, corner store, everything. Home was super comfy. Fully stocked kitchen for all the cooking needs. Added bonus, pet friendly!

Two Month Stay

We rented the property for two months so we got to know the place “inside and out”. Nice, quiet neighborhood (of course in March and April is not quite beach season). Place was clean and quaint….an older property but well appointed. I would stay there again. The only issue was the upstairs heat and A/C needed work, but this was addressed promptly.

210 H Ave Kure Beach

We were 4 adults. Property has its own driveway that can fit up to four or five cars depending on their size. Property has 4 bedrooms. Three down stairs and a master upstairs by the kitchen with its own bath, queen bed and a small bump out with a full bed. Property is clean and very well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to a guarded beach. Dual zone control A/C works great. Towels and linens were supplied. House is stocked with most cooking pans, dishes, utensils, filter coffee maker, Microwave, toaster, blender and glass top stove/oven. Refrigerator/ freezer but there is no Ice maker. It does have plenty of ice trays. Two TV's with Roku and many channels of tv listings. TV's are in the common areas upstairs and downstairs. Outdoor shower and hose for foot spraying is convenient. Washer and Dryer are large capacity and they are not coin operated as stated in the listing. One comment is that we missed having a full length mirror in the house. We decided not bring our dog as we originally planned but the house is perfect for your family pet. Loved the keyless entry. Great Property we will definitely stay here again.
