This spacious beach house in Tierra del Mar provides a fun-filled escape with ocean views. One row back from the beach, your retreat is a short stroll to a wide stretch of soft sand and magnificent views of Haystack Rock.

From original artwork to stylish beach décor, your welcoming vacation rental reflects the charms of the iconic Oregon Coast. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace in the living area and watch a movie on the TV. A foosball table in the garage offers additional entertainment, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create a gourmet feast or simply bake cookies with the kids.

Take in sweeping ocean views from the third-floor primary suite. Or step out to the wraparound deck to find peekaboo ocean views. A hammock (seasonal) is great for stretching out with a good book, and a stone firepit calls for some good old-fashioned s’mores making.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Stroll approximately 50 feet to access the uncrowded wide-open beach. From there, wander the surf line to Cape Kiwanda or Sitka Sedge State Park.
Drive 2.3 miles to the Cape Kiwanda District of Pacific City where you’ll find an array of shops, a bakery, a pizzeria, and a well-known brewery.
