Relax in the treetops at Brae Villa with your family, friends and furry friends. It is located in Smiths Lake Village on the lakefront. You’ll love the homes location, huge living areas, spacious veranda's and private rocky foreshore access to the lake for fishing or kayaking.

Brae Villa has everything you may need during your holiday.
You will have a huge fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room, living room, enormous main bedroom upstairs, 4 generous bedrooms downstairs and another bed in the TV room, modern bathrooms on each level and 2 huge verandas.
The home is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided and your pets are welcome.
You are right on the lake and water views are exceptional.

- Extend your weekend getaway and book on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will receive these 2 nights at a reduced rate.

Brae Villa accommodates a maximum of 10 GUESTS. Children 2 years and older are considered guests and need to be included in this total number. Babies under 2years are not included - a maximum of 2 babies and 2 pets are welcome.

You are allowed to park max 3 cars on the driveway. If you have more cars, they have to be parked in the street.

A truly beautiful stay in a serene setting.Nothing was too much trouble from the start - the property manager made sure everything was perfect for us, and couldn't have been more helpful if she tried :)Will definitely go back.

Great setup for 2 families

Lovely home ideal for 2 families. Quiet spaces if preferred but a large living space to enjoy meals and a game of foosball. Happy memories of our visit. Would definitely recommend.

Great weekend

We had a lovely weekend at this gorgeous house with the most beautiful view. Everything we needed and more was available to us. The driveway was steep as described and one of our guest found it challenging but she was pleased she managed and agreed it was worth the challenge. I would definitely come again if travelling with a large group, thankyou.

Relaxing Stay in Smiths Lake

We chose this property as we were 2 families staying together with a dog. We wanted something in the Smiths Lake area that was relaxing with water access and great views. We definitely received all of the above. The view from the Master and main living areas was just amazing. The property is on a bit of a steep slope and the access to the water might be a struggle for some, but we all managed. We had paddle boards and hired a fishing boat for the kids. We put up a badminton net in the backyard. The large 8 seater octagonal table was great for playing board games and cards. The terrace has amazing afternoon sun and we were out there whenever possible. The additional room that we didn't require as a bedroom meant the teenagers had their own space. The local bowlo and rec club have courtesy buses to prick you up and drop you back. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would say the only negatives were the steep driveway and walkways are not for everyone, and currently there is some construction going on with a property being built next door. Luckily we only had that for the last few days. We loved our stay and definitely would consider this property again as the view was amazing...
