The living room has a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a short or longer stay and there is plenty of room throughout to spread out and relax in the tranquil setting.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Kirribilli is quiet, safe suburb just a stone's throw from the base of the Harbour Bridge in Milson's Point where you can also hop on the train for easy access into the city. There is also Kirribilli ferry wharf which takes you straight to Circular Quay just a few minutes walk from the front door. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in Milson's Point and North Sydney, all within ten to fifteen minutes walk.
Getting Around:
Parking in Cara Bella Avenue Or 2 hour parking in Kirribilli street or Waruda street.
Other Things to Note:
There's a common laundry area. It’s on the lower ground floor.
Note : You have to climb the stairs to get to the front entrance.
FYI the laundry has a number of washing machines and one dryer that is allocated to another apartment so not accessible to our apartment guests. There is a drying rack in the Sun room on the wall above the seat that pulls out.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
