Escape to Cambria Island, a charming canal front home in Port Mandurah designed for easy living and outdoor fun. Situated in a quiet spot, this two-story house offers with a modern kitchen, perfect for family meals and gatherings. Step outside to the spacious deck and enjoy views of the canal while entertaining friends or just relaxing in the fresh air.
Pets Policy:
Most homeowners do not allow pets. However, properties marked as "pet-friendly" are exceptions. Guests must seek and receive written approval from the booking agent before bringing pets. A non-refundable fee of $100 per pet is required upon approval. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Booking Confirmation and Check-In:
After booking, you'll access our guest app for check-in instructions. You must complete an identity verification by scanning your license/passport and credit card. This step ensures owner security by verifying your identity, akin to hotel check-ins. Your card isn't charged or stored, and you may obscure some digits. Our app meets the highest PCI compliance standards. This verification is crucial for our self-check-in process.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to a fee of $50 per hour. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning required to prepare the property between guests. Please inquire in advance to arrange.
Guest access:
Guests will have complete access to the entire property.

NOTE:
- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
Maintenance:
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimize inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner.
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
*We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options.
The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.
You can access all parts of the house except the garage which is used for the owner's storage purposes.
